Lena Henderson

Lena is a Mindfulness & Mindset Mentor and the creator of The Mindful Steps. Her passion is to empower children to be more resilient, confident, happy and connected with themselves and the world around them. Her approach is based on science about the brain and engaging mindful practices. She delivers programmes, groups sessions and guided meditations for children. Her previous experience as a school teacher and yoga instructor for children has shaped her passion and engaging delivery.
