This meditation can be used for relaxation or just before bed. It is most powerful to use it in the time leading up to, during, and after the new moon. This meditation focuses on conscious awareness and listening to your intuition. At the end we will set an intention that you will carry through the lunar cycle to the full moon, where we will regroup and reflect on the intention. Please comment if you enjoyed.
