We all get busy, flustered, or frustrated and sometimes there's just no time. This is a five-minute refreshment meditation. Perfect for when you have no time or you just need those five minutes to get back to you. Use this meditation whenever you want: morning, afternoon or nighttime. This will for sure get you relaxed and refreshed!

Welcome to your five minute rest and reset for when you need just that bit of time to sit and breathe.

Make yourself comfortable whether that's sitting or lying down and take a deep inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Inhale and exhale.

Let the sound of the ocean waves carry your thoughts away.

With each wave,

Your thoughts,

Your worries,

Your to-do list are all disappearing like footsteps in the sand.

Listen to the waves and rest.

Let the waves carry away your worries and your thoughts.

And if you feel your thoughts bubbling up,

It's okay.

Just breathe and let the waves take them away.

Now listen to the waves and the sound of my voice.

Know that you are okay to take five minutes to reset and be refreshed for your day.

I'm going to count down from five and with each count you're going to get more and more relaxed.

Five.

You can feel your body sinking into the surface beneath you.

Four.

All your body parts are relaxed and heavy.

Three.

Your body and mind are completely relaxed.

Two.

You are completely safe and cared for.

One.

Your mind and body are one with the waves and you can relax.

Four.

Five.

Four.

Five.

Six.

Seven.

Eight.

Nine.

Ten.

Now,

Deepen your breath,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Allow the room and your surroundings to enter your consciousness.

And as you deepen your breath,

You feel completely refreshed and reset for whatever the day brings.

Whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes and return to your day.
