Good morning and welcome.
This morning we will practice filling ourselves with love and positive affirmations.
Our intention is to deprogram the negative voice in our heads by practicing loving kindness for ourselves and loving words of positive affirmations.
Make yourself comfortable,
Whether that is lying or sitting down.
And when you're ready,
Close your eyes,
Feeling your body sink,
Knowing that gravity is holding you,
That the earth beneath you is supportive.
Take a moment to thank yourself for starting your day with breath and awareness.
Noticing the natural rhythm of your inhales and exhales.
As you breathe in,
Visualizing energy and calmness entering your body and with each exhale,
Releasing any tension or stress.
Now bringing your attention to the sensations in your body,
Feeling the support of the ground beneath you,
Feeling your body grounded and stable.
Feeling the way the earth holds you,
The way it loves you,
Allowing you to be who you are right here,
Right now.
And I invite you to think of love.
Think of something or someone you love.
It can be the way the sun sets in a beautiful sky,
Or the warmth when you hug someone,
Or the way the grass feels beneath your feet,
Or how a beloved pet looks at you.
The way it feels to laugh with someone you care about,
Imagining an image that fills you with love.
Feeling that love,
The warmth of it,
Filling you with light as you inhale and exhale.
Breathing in the feeling of love,
Allowing it to surround you like a big,
Warm hug.
Allowing love to fill you with every inhale and with every exhale,
A sense of calm encompasses you.
As you feel the love in your body and mind,
Let that love surround you and take this moment to relish in it.
Now releasing your focus on it.
As I say these affirmations,
You may repeat after me,
Or just let them settle into your mind,
Allowing these words to plant seeds of love for this morning and this new day.
I am filled with love.
I am filled with love,
Compassion,
And joy.
I approach each moment with an open heart and an open mind.
I am capable of achieving my goals.
I am working towards my goals with love and joy.
I am creating a fulfilling life.
I am so loved.
I am so lovable.
I am so loving.
I allow love freely into my life.
I allow joy freely into my life.
Love flows easily to me.
I am open to receiving love.
I am worthy of love.
I know I deserve love.
I love myself.
I deserve self-love.
Every day I practice self-love.
Every day loving energy flows through me and to me.
I embrace challenges with love and care.
I fill myself with love.
I am a vessel for love in this life.
I love myself.
Feel the power of these intentions and affirmations as you let them sink deep into your subconscious mind.
Knowing that this love you've cultivated today will flow with you throughout your day.
By setting positive intentions,
You are actively shaping your day and creating a positive ripple effect in your life.
Bringing yourself back to your body,
Slowly feeling your fingers and toes,
Maybe wiggling them.
Feeling that surface beneath you.
Feeling your breath fill your body.
And now taking one final deep breath in and as you exhale,
Gently opening your eyes,
Carrying the sense of grounding,
Loving intention with you as you move through your day.
