This short meditation is a wonderful way to start your day filled with loving energy. We begin by grounding our bodies and then bringing the feeling of love and filling ourselves with it. Then I will say love-based affirmations that you may repeat or let sink in. This is a focus on the love of the universe, the love of ourselves, and living a more loving life.
