A Bright New Day: Positive Affirmations For Alignment
This is a wonderful way to start your day. Throughout our lives, we adopt negative thoughts from others and society. Practicing positive affirmations are a way to reprogram your brain and reprogram it towards positivity. I will repeat each affirmation three times. There is a gentle river lapping in the background and some soothing meditation tones.
