I am honored to start your day with you.
Make yourself comfortable knowing that gravity is holding you,
That the earth beneath you is supportive,
That it is holding you.
Take a moment to thank yourself for starting your day with breath and awareness.
Take a moment to connect with your breath.
Feel the natural rhythm of your inhales and exhales.
As you breathe in,
Visualize energy and calmness entering your body.
With each exhale,
Release any tension or stress.
Bring your attention to the sensations in your body.
Feel the support of the ground beneath you providing stability.
Visualize roots growing from the base of your spine,
The base of your body extending deep into the earth,
Ancient,
Beautiful roots anchoring you,
Grounding,
Strong like a tree.
You are connected and rooted.
With each breath,
Feel a sense of peace and relaxation enveloping your entire being.
With this grounded feeling,
Think of gratitude.
What brings you joy today?
What are you grateful for?
They can be small or significant,
Personal or universal.
Allow these things to rise up.
Sometimes the comfort of your bed is enough.
Sometimes the smell of morning coffee or the first sip of tea or the embrace of a loved one.
Allow these things to come up and feel the warmth of appreciation fill your heart.
Let this feeling of gratitude radiate,
Spreading throughout your entire being.
Each time we are grateful for something,
We recognize our own abundance.
Allow a smile to form on your face as you think of these things that you are so grateful for.
With this gratitude in your heart,
Bring your attention and think of where it will be today.
What do you want to put your attention to?
Where will your attention be today?
Where do you want your attention to be?
What intention do you want to plant for the energy of the day?
What qualities do you want to embody?
What actions do you want to take?
Say this intention silently or out loud,
Letting it resonate within your body.
Repeat this intention three times.
And now,
With a grounded and grateful body,
Listen to these affirmations and allow them to resonate.
I am filled with love,
Compassion,
And joy.
I approach each moment with an open heart and an open mind.
I am capable of achieving my goals and creating a fulfilling life.
I attract positive experiences and meaningful connections.
I embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and learning.
Today I will be my best self.
Today I will do my best.
Today I am grounded,
Grateful,
And intentional.
Feel the power of these intentions and affirmations.
Let them sink deep into your subconscious mind.
Know that by setting positive intentions,
You are actively shaping your day and creating a positive ripple effect in your life.
Carry the sense of grounding,
