Hello and good morning.
Welcome to the start of your new day.
Make yourself comfortable,
Whether it is in a seated position or lying down and close your eyes.
Let's wake up with a deep inhale through your nose and an exhale through your mouth.
Once more,
Inhale through your nose and a deep exhale out through your mouth.
Now let's do one more deep inhale through your nose and let's pause at the top for a second and feel your body waking up from the inside out.
Hold your breath,
Feel that energy and exhale with a big sigh.
Make a sound if you'd like.
Now inhale deeply and feel that breath travel through your nose,
Down into your chest,
Into your belly,
Through your body,
Deep into your toes and then on the exhale feel it rush back up through your body,
Waking you up,
Invigorating you through the muscles,
Through the veins.
Feel your breath as it wavers through your body.
Feel your breath clearing away the cobwebs of the evening,
Of the past,
Of your sleep.
On the next inhale,
Feel the breath collect through your head,
Imagine it swirling through your mind,
Clearing your brain,
Clearing whatever dreams you had the night before,
Energizing you for the day.
Now feel that breath and exhale that energy out,
Clearing your body for a new day.
Fantastic.
Now thank yourself for taking the time to reset and re-energize.
Thank yourself for starting your day off on the right foot.
Thank yourself for making it another day,
For getting up,
For treating yourself to this meditation.
Thank yourself for the breaths you are taking,
For how many times you get up when you're knocked down.
You are resilient.
You are brilliant.
Thank yourself.
Hold yourself in this morning light and just know you are cherished and be grateful for who you are and all you've been through.
Now feel that gratitude for yourself and expand it like a light from your heart out to the world.
Think of something you are grateful for today,
Like your soft bed,
The roof over your head,
A beloved pet or friend.
Even just the internet is something to be grateful for.
However big,
However small,
Take this time and think of what you are grateful for today.
Now let's feel that gratitude and breathe deep into it.
Breathe deep and feel love swelling for yourself.
All that love that we collected earlier,
All that gratitude.
Now think of those around you and collect all of that light inside your body and just feel that love.
Feel that gratitude and know that you are starting today on the right track.
You are starting the day with gratitude,
With love.
Inhale and exhale.
Feel that love swell inside you.
It's yours.
It's all for you.
And if you want,
You can be generous with it.
And now we're going to visualize and manifest and get you started with some abundance in your day.
Use that love that we feel swelling inside you and imagine your day going as well as it can.
Imagine your dream life.
Visualize the dreams you are wanting to come true.
Visualize the love you are receiving.
Visualize the abundance coming your way.
Visualize your success and know that you are amazing.
You are talented.
You are loved.
Sit in this feeling of abundance,
Of love,
Of gratitude,
All that we've worked on today.
Sit in this feeling of your dreams coming true.
And now I will leave you for a moment to breathe deep and imagine your day,
Your life,
Everything going exactly as you want it to.
Now we will come slowly out of this meditation with deep breaths.
Feel the breath deep in your belly.
Feel it collecting in your toes and up into your body and invigorating your muscles,
Your veins,
Your fingertips.
Feel that breath waking you up and know all that abundance,
All that you visualized,
All that you've attracted into your life,
All that abundance is coming your way.
Know that the feeling,
These feelings that we've collected this morning of love,
Of gratitude,
Of abundance,
Of success is all within you and it is coming your way.
Whenever you're ready,
Feel free to open your eyes and enjoy your brand new day.
