Welcome to this grounding and empowering practice.

I'm Sarah Raymond from The Mindful Movement and I'm honored to guide you today.

Today's practice invites you to release the weight of old fears and doubts and reconnect with your unshakable inner strength.

Inspired by my book,

You Are Not Broken,

This meditation is designed to remind you that everything you need is already within you.

Let's begin.

I invite you to make yourself comfortable.

Close your eyes,

If you like,

And settle into this sacred time for yourself.

A moment to relax deeply,

Connect with your true essence,

And honor the beautiful,

Powerful being that you are.

This is your time to come home to yourself,

To release the weight of the world,

And to nurture your inner light.

Take a long,

Slow breath in through your nose,

Feeling the air expand into your chest and belly.

Hold it gently for a moment,

And as you exhale,

Let it all go.

Let go of the outside world,

Let go of the tension,

And let go of the heaviness.

Right now,

There is nowhere you need to be and nothing you need to do.

Simply allow yourself to be here,

Be present,

And be open.

Take another long,

Slow breath,

And as you exhale,

Allow your body to soften,

Your shoulders to drop,

And your mind to begin letting go of the day.

With each breath,

You are signaling to your body and mind that it's safe to relax,

To surrender to this moment.

Each breath draws you closer to stillness,

To ease,

To yourself.

With each breath,

You're creating more space within yourself,

Space for trust,

Peace,

And self-connection.

Feel the support beneath you as though the earth itself is holding you with its steady embrace.

Imagine the ground beneath you as a source of unwavering strength,

A reminder that you are fully held and supported.

With each breath,

Feel yourself softening into this support,

Allowing it to cradle you completely.

Become aware of your physical body.

Notice any sensations that first draw your attention.

Perhaps a tightness,

A heaviness,

Or maybe an ease beginning to unfold within you.

Whatever you feel,

Notice with acceptance.

It's all welcome here.

There's no need to change or fix anything.

Now you can begin to invite more ease and comfort into your body.

Bring your awareness to the top of your head.

Imagine a gentle wave of warmth flowing across your scalp,

Soothing every muscle,

Easing away tension.

Let this wave drift down to your forehead,

Smoothing it and softening your temples.

Feel it move to your jaw,

Releasing any tightness.

This warmth spreads,

Inviting ease and relaxation.

Let this wave flow down to your shoulders,

Melting away any weight you've been carrying.

With the expansion of your ease and relaxation,

Feel the burdens lifting,

Dissolving into the air.

The wave continues down your arms,

Through your elbows,

To your hands,

And out through your fingertips.

Each release creates more space for calm and peace to flow within you.

Bring your attention to your chest and heart space.

Notice the rhythm of your breath,

Rising and falling like waves in a calm sea.

Imagine your breath creating space here,

Softening and expanding,

Inviting ease.

Feel the soothing energy of this relaxation spreading through your heart,

Opening space for connection and trust.

Let the softening flow to your belly,

Where your breath creates space like an open sky.

Any heaviness dissolves,

Replaced by a sense of freedom and lightness.

Let the wave move down through your hips,

Thighs,

And knees,

Bringing a deep sense of ease and comfort.

Feel this wave flow through your calves,

Ankles,

And feet,

Bringing away tension as it travels.

Imagine your entire body resting,

As though every muscle,

Every cell is sighing with relief.

You are softening into your true essence.

There is nothing you need to hold on to,

Nothing you need to resist.

You are fully supported,

Fully safe.

You are free to let go.

As you continue to allow your physical body to rest,

And your mind to quiet,

Imagine a rain cloud in the sky above you.

This cloud carries the weight of old fears,

Doubts,

And patterns that no longer serve you.

Though it has lingered and was once somewhat protective,

It is no longer needed.

It is ready to dissolve and release its hold.

See the rain cloud begin to lift,

Rising higher and higher.

Feel the rain falling softly around you.

Each drop is a gentle cleansing shower,

Washing away the heaviness you've carried.

The rain flows over you,

Soothing and purifying,

Clearing away any remnants of tension and self-doubt.

As the rain cloud continues to rise,

And it stops raining,

It reveals a mountain standing strong and steady.

The mountain is vast and unshakable,

Deeply rooted in the earth while reaching confidently toward the sky.

This mountain represents your true self,

Steady,

Powerful,

And unwavering.

The rain cloud continues to lift,

Growing lighter and thinner until it disappears completely.

Leaving behind a brilliant open sky,

The sun's golden light pours down,

Illuminating the mountain,

Warming its surface,

And revealing the depth of its strength.

Feel yourself as this mountain,

Deeply grounded,

Stable,

And connected to the earth.

The clarity of the sky and the warmth of the sun remind you of your own unshakable strength and infinite potential.

You are whole,

Resilient,

And enough.

Now place your hand gently over your heart,

Feeling its steady rhythm beneath your palm.

This is your anchor,

A reminder of your connection to yourself.

Whisper softly,

I am safe,

I am strong,

I am enough.

Feel these words settling deeply into your heart,

Like seeds planted in fertile soil.

With each breath,

They take root,

Growing stronger,

Vibrant,

And alive within you.

From this place of connection,

Imagine yourself standing tall on the peak of your inner mountain.

Feel the strength of the earth beneath your feet,

The clarity of the open sky above,

And the warmth of the sun on your skin.

You are steady,

You are grounded,

You are whole.

From this vantage point,

Welcome the following truths into your heart,

Letting their resonance expand within you.

I am safe,

I am strong,

I am enough.

I honor my intuition and follow it with confidence.

I am worthy of love,

Joy,

And connection.

I welcome peace,

Lightness,

And ease into my life.

I am strong and grounded,

Connected with my true essence.

I am enough just as I am.

Let these affirmations take root within you,

Anchoring you deeply to your true essence.

Their strength is weaving through you like the roots of your mountain,

Steady,

Enduring,

And full of life.

As this sacred practice draws to a close,

Bring your awareness to the steady rhythm of your breath,

A quiet and constant reminder of the life flowing through you.

Rest now in the certainty that everything you need is already within you.

Your strength,

Your wisdom,

Your light,

They are infinite and unwavering.

You are grounded,

Safe,

And free.

You are whole.

Allow the energy of this practice to settle deeply within you.

When you are ready,

Allow yourself to come back to full awareness,

Carrying this energy forward with you,

Moment by moment,

Choice by choice,

Always guided by the brilliance of your true self.
