Hey,

It's Cyrus.

Welcome to this subtle vibration sleep meditation.

Tonight we're going to tap into the subtle flows of your life energy in a way that guides you into the deepest sleep that you've had in a long time.

Start off by setting up your space in a way that's conducive for a deep sleep.

And when that's done,

Climb into your bed into a cozy position.

I suggest laying out on your back and softening into a shavasana.

And as you do,

Imagine yourself taking a slow deep breath in through the soles of your feet and letting the wave of breath roll up your body all the way to the top of your head.

And imagine the wave of breath going back down on the exhale all the way to the soles of your feet.

Find a rhythm now,

Letting go of thoughts,

Letting go of your day as you breathe in through the soles of the feet nice and slow all the way to the top of your head and release it slowly methodically down to the soles of the feet.

One last super slow thick deep breath like that breathing in through the soles of the feet up to the top of the head feeling the rolling wave of energy and letting it effortlessly fall back down the body on the exhale feeling yourself soften into the support underneath you a little bit more.

And I invite you to think now for a moment about some calming relaxing activity that you enjoy doing and just notice and invite the positive pleasant vibrations and sensations that start to ripple up through your body as you imagine yourself doing that activity.

Invite those quiet vibrations and sensations to subtly amplify with each breath as you notice it flowing freely through the body.

And now let go of the image of the imagining and simply be present with the subtle flow of pleasant life energy that's echoing through your physical body.

And allow the contours and edges of that physical body to soften now so that you can feel yourself converting your awareness into pure vibratory awareness of the outline of your body almost like you're starting to become more vibration than matter as you relax into the moment.

And now as we rotate awareness through the body like a spotlight I invite you to notice that as you bring your detailed attention to each area the sensation of that area being solid and matter-like will start to dissolve into a subtle vibration.

Just notice with your raw awareness don't analyze just feel and sense as you bring your awareness to start to the top of your head.

Feel any subtle tingling or sensations you notice at the crown of the head.

And now travel down to the eyebrows with the awareness.

The attention rippling down into the eyes.

And feel the subtle sensations of awareness at the eyes as the little muscles in around and behind the eyes start to soften and relax.

Travel down the bridge of the nose down to the nostrils and feel the subtle flow of life energy in the form of oxygen going to and fro with each breath.

Drop down and notice the sensations in the lips the subtle nerve endings.

And notice the tongue and all the vibrations of aliveness in the mouth.

Feel the jaw relaxing into the neck as you notice the life energy within the neck.

Become more detailed and curious about the sensations as you pay close attention like you have a magnifying glass as you extend your awareness down to the contours of the collarbone.

Feel the muscles in the shoulders and the back of the neck as you notice the down to the contours of the collarbone.

Stretching seamlessly into the shoulders.

Feel the vibrations dancing into the biceps and wrapping around to the triceps.

Allowing the attention to pool into the elbows.

And feeling the thickness of sensations in the lower arms.

Into the wrists and the palms electric and quietly allowing.

With energy in the palms.

Notice how that life energy travels like an electrical current into the thumbs.

Passing along into the index fingers.

The tingles traveling into the middle fingers.

Ring fingers.

Pinky fingers.

And feel that current of aliveness jump towards the big toes.

And feel all the toes.

And the balls of your feet into the arches.

And the entirety of the soles of your feet quietly alive with subtle vibrations.

I invite you to allow the outside world and all concerns to melt further into the background as you make these subtle vibrations the center of your awareness.

As you rise your attention to the tops of your feet.

The heels.

And the ankles.

Feel the current swirling up into the calf muscles.

And gently rocketing their way through the shin bones.

Up into the knees.

The quads on the front of your thighs.

And dropping to the back of your thighs feeling the hamstrings and the subtle vibrations alive along the length of your hamstrings.

Rising into the glutes.

And the pelvic floor.

Smoothly moving the spotlight of attention into the lower belly.

And the lower back.

Feel the particular quality of subtle vibration between the lower back and the lower belly.

Notice what energy exists at the lower torso in this moment.

And start to notice how the matter of your body might be taking more and more the form of pure vibration as you rise the attention up into the upper torso.

Feeling the particular energy between your upper belly and your middle back.

And notice the subtle life energy spontaneously emerging at the heart center.

Feeling the energy between the chest and the upper back now.

Gently dive your attention deeper into the silence and subtle vibration at the heart.

Allow all outside phenomena to become less and less important and only your connection directly to your heart as the sole object of your attention.

The most important thing in this moment as you deepen your connection to the flow of life energy.

Imagine that energy opening and softening now like it's a blooming flower in the springtime.

And as that energy opens and softens imagine it like a flower in the springtime.

And as that energy opens and softens imagine it like a gentle,

Quiet,

Rippling fountain of subtle,

Soothing,

Natural life energy that's rippling out into the rest of your energy field throughout your body with each breath from the heart.

Imagine each breath flowing effortlessly allowing that fountain of heart and life energy to relax the rest of your body and muscles deeper and deeper with each effortless breath as it comes to you.

Imagine and feel all of the subtle vibration of life energy in your body harmonizing and flowing into a totally relaxed,

Open,

Peaceful formation.

And imagine that vibration in your energy body opening and connecting with the space around you and the rest of the universe now.

Feel and imagine yourself in the space around you and the rest of the universe now.

Feel and imagine yourself floating effortlessly in this space of pure,

Subtle vibration.

And whatever you notice arising in this ocean of vibration,

Just imagine it dissolving back back into the vibe,

Washing away into that ocean of peace almost as instantly as it arises.

Just noticing,

Letting go,

Relaxing into that space deeper and deeper,

Moment to moment.

Breathing,

Letting go,

Enjoying the subtle vibes as you relax and let go deeper and deeper.

I invite you to continue to relax into that rhythm of subtle,

Quiet vibration and enjoy that flow.
