Hey,

It's Cyrus.

Welcome to this secret of manifestation meditation.

I'm gonna speak for less than a minute before we start the meditation so you can understand what we're about to do and then we're gonna launch into it.

Most manifestation techniques are focused on adding something,

Like you're hyping yourself up to feel the energy you want to feel,

But the issue is you're usually layering that feeling on top of a different feeling that's blocking what you want to create.

So you end up unintentionally hyping yourself up and creating this overly exaggerated positive feeling that's really layered on top of this fear that you have.

A fear of not getting,

A fear of being unworthy,

A fear that you wouldn't be able to handle what you're trying to create,

Or whatever other feelings or subtle felt limitations you might have.

Whereas if you already had in your life what you're trying to create,

It wouldn't be a super hyped up feeling.

Sooner or later,

It would just become normal,

Relaxed,

And chill.

So by practicing this technique and progressively removing those blocks on an emotional level,

You're more likely to be able to create a feeling of normalcy and ease around what you're trying to create and it's more likely to flow to you effortlessly over time.

While still remembering that,

Of course,

You might still have to take the appropriate actions to create that or put yourself in the positions to receive that as well.

So without further ado,

Get your environment clear of distractions.

Find a position that's relaxed and upright so that you're alert,

But also at ease physically.

And when you feel ready,

Close your eyes and take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose.

Fill up your whole body with a delicious oxygen.

And slowly release your breath out through your mouth,

Decompressing as you do.

Take one more super slow,

Super deep breath in through the nose.

Fill up the whole body all the way down to your toes.

And super slowly,

Almost like slow motion,

Breathe it out through the mouth and allow your muscles to relax as you let it go.

And as you let your breath return to normal,

Notice the sensation of your feet on the floor,

The air on your skin,

And the subtle flow of life energy that washes through your body with the breath in this moment.

Feeling that energy flowing and tingling,

Reminding you that you are safe,

You are alive,

You are whole and complete in this moment as you are.

Feeling that,

Not thinking that,

With the attention on the energy in the body for a moment.

And be aware that you can practice this technique on different things in different sessions,

But for today,

Just pick one thing that you want to create and manifest.

It could be a relationship,

Or money,

Or a creative project,

Or a job,

Or anything else,

Anything that you feel intuitively connected to.

And I suggest you choose something that feels realistic and attainable,

But also exciting,

Maybe slightly out of reach,

But ultimately something that feels like it could be possible.

And for this session,

I invite you to not be afraid to let go,

And for this session,

I invite you to not be overly literal or obsessed with specifics.

You could use something specific as a placeholder,

But start to be aware more about the feelings that arise as you hone in on what you wish to create.

Maybe you notice some initial excitement or expansiveness,

Positive emotions of some kind,

Just notice that.

And as any initial positive feelings wash through,

Just notice and make space for them.

But also start to notice any subtle blocks that you feel,

Any subtle fear that you notice.

It could be the fear of not getting that,

Or the fear that you're not worthy of that,

Or the fear that you couldn't handle it or keep it in your life forever.

Or the fear that you're not worthy of that,

Or the fear that you couldn't handle it or keep it in your life over time.

And often we avoid these blocks because we're scared to acknowledge them for fear that if we simply acknowledge them,

That they'll become true.

Yet instead of obsessing over them on an intellectual level,

We're simply going to notice where those blocks are in the body.

So if it feels safe,

Be aware of those fears or those blocks for a moment.

And if you feel ready and safe,

Start to allow those energies to rise to the surface of the body,

Noticing where you feel them,

Not trying to push them down,

But instead counterintuitively perhaps allowing them to float up,

So that they're not hidden in your subconscious and unconsciously sabotaging your efforts,

But instead bringing them into plain and clear view.

And as they rise up,

Just notice where exactly you feel them in the body.

Notice what the sensations feel like.

And just take a moment to fearlessly and non-judgmentally acknowledge,

Yes,

These blocks are here.

They don't always have to be here,

But they are here right now.

Just acknowledging them,

If that feels true to you,

As a step in your process,

For a moment now.

And now that you've acknowledged that,

Ignore the thoughts and the images from this point on and focus all your attention on the feeling and sensation in the body where you notice it now.

And start to allow that fear and those blocks and that energy to be there instead of resisting it and making it stronger or trying to change it.

Simply allow it so it can run its course.

Welcome that block to be as big as it is.

Allow the feeling to be as strong as it is.

And from that place of conscious allowing,

Put all your attention on the feeling of it in the body.

Start to gently breathe and imagine space opening up around that feeling in the body and you're just breathing and relaxing into that space,

Still holding your attention on the sensation.

And from that place of space,

Start to dive deeper into the feeling in the body like you're becoming one with it and allowing it to dissolve by becoming one with the block,

One with the energy,

With your full absorption.

And attention.

Notice how this block is an energy of the past and you're transforming it by bringing your present attention into it completely,

Shining the light of that presence so totally onto the feeling that it begins to evaporate effortlessly.

Feel yourself relaxing into it more deeply and so completely that you're not even trying to let go of the block.

You can just allow yourself to feel the block and the old fear letting go of itself as you simply watch it flowing out of you in this moment.

If any of it is still sticky or hanging on,

Just ask the universe to help you in this moment and in your mind say something like,

I don't know how to let go of this block,

But if it's for my highest good,

I ask for help in letting it go now.

I ask for help in letting it go now.

And simply relax your muscles and imagine the remainder of that old energy flowing out of you completely and you're simply allowing it to,

Not blocking its exit,

But witnessing its evaporation totally and completely in this moment.

And notice a spacious sense of lightness and freshness opening up in the place where the old energy was.

Allow that spaciousness to become even more spacious,

The lightness to become almost like a feeling of floating and the freshness to open you up to the subtle textures and possibilities of the potential of the presence as you feel yourself opening completely to the depth of the present moment and the flow of creative energy.

And from this conscious space,

Begin to gradually return your attention to the manifestation,

To what you wish to create.

And notice there might still be some of that old blocking energy or perhaps none in this moment,

But either way,

Notice how there's probably less of those old blocks and energies in the body and welcome that new open space.

And from that sense of freshness and ease,

Begin to visualize that being in your life as a present reality right now.

Begin to visualize the details and particular scenes and scenarios that involve that and as you do,

Feel a sense of freedom that involve that and as you do,

Feel a sense of normalcy,

Of ease and effortless relaxation in the body as you see that.

Practice even seeing moments where the old blocks or fears start to creep up and see yourself noticing that and easily feeling through that for a moment,

Letting that go and returning to that easy baseline of normalcy and relaxation,

Rehearsing and feeling that in your body as you do.

And now begin to welcome in those additional energies of excitement or enthusiasm,

Gratitude,

Love and bliss,

Whatever else you imagine and wish to feel with that in your life as a present reality.

Notice the colors and textures of those energies and breathe them in as you see yourself in that situation.

Notice and reinforce as you see that,

That those energies are flowing from a baseline of normalcy,

Relaxation and effortlessness because you're not layering them on top of a foundation of fear or lack as much.

You've practiced feeling through those blocks and finding your way to that natural inner space from which these higher emotions and vibrations can flow through you with ease.

So just take one final moment to see yourself in that reality and deeply feel and anchor that inner balance of relaxation,

Ease and all the other positive emotions that flow from that foundation now.

Great work and remember to practice this on a regular basis so you can feel through and remove the blocks and find your way to that easy natural foundation where what you wish to create can feel like a normal and effortless part of your life more and more.

Remembering to combine that with journaling or self-reflection and regular action to back up what you're creating.

Taking a moment now to commit to whatever specific regular practices you think will serve you in this process.

And when you feel ready,

Open your eyes,

Return to the physical world at your own pace and allow yourself to continue to embody that new and fresh energy and balance moment to moment.
