Hey,

I'm Cyrus.

Welcome to this sleep meditation with affirmations woven into the session so that you can not only sleep deeply,

But also utilize the in-between sleep state to affirm the most positive,

Life-giving,

And abundant energies within your subconscious.

Every time you hear an affirmation,

Repeat it in your mind or feel free to whisper it out loud,

Whatever resonates with you at that moment.

Start off by getting comfortable and setting up your room for a deep sleep.

Once you've done that,

Lie down and adjust your body into the most comfortable,

Relaxed,

And effortless position possible.

Allow your body to simply rest and float like it's chilling in a pool of pure energy,

Supported completely by the surface underneath you,

So that you can let go of all effort and tension already.

Take one slow,

Deep breath into the body and allow it to fall out through the mouth effortlessly and slowly.

And let's do one breath hold.

Breathe in deep and fill up the whole body.

Hold for a moment at the top and feel your body as you hold it for a moment.

And slowly let go out through the mouth,

Exhaling and letting go of tension.

And now let go of thinking mode and ease in to sensing and listening mode.

Start to hear the sounds that surround you.

Start to sense the vibrations within you.

Begin to intuit the space around you.

Notice and feel the space around your body without looking,

Just feel and be aware.

And now connect your awareness to the tips of your fingers.

Feel the subtle buzzing at the tips of the fingers.

Allow the mental spotlight and the current of energy to run up into the palms of your hands.

And as you rest your attention here at the palms of your hands,

Just repeat in your mind or in a whisper out loud,

Anything I am hanging on to,

I now release.

I now release.

Repeating that three times,

Anything I am hanging on to,

I now release.

And let the current of energy run up into your forearms and slowly up into your upper arms.

Take a moment to rest your awareness on your shoulders.

And feel the subtle muscles in the shoulders softening effortlessly.

And as you rest your attention at your shoulders,

Just repeat two times,

Anything I am carrying,

I choose to put down for now.

And now bring the attention towards the neck and throat.

And feel the sensations as you rest your awareness in a relaxed way at the center of the neck.

And as you rest at the center of the neck,

Just repeat two times,

I choose to express myself freely and fearlessly.

And drop the attention down into the heart and the center of the chest.

And rest with the breath flowing there easily.

Tuned in to the details of the sensations in the heart.

And as you rest at the heart,

Repeat three times,

I connect with the world around me in a way that feels good to me.

Breathe in the energy of that openness and connection for a moment.

And now drop your attention down to the solar plexus and upper belly area.

Noticing the details of the feeling there as the breath interacts with it in the present moment.

And with the attention situated at the upper belly,

Repeat three times,

I choose to be relaxed,

Confident and in touch with my emotions.

Feel the resonance of that statement at that spot for a moment.

And then drop down to the lower belly with your attention.

Keep the attention anchored at the lower belly with the breath as you become deeply absorbed in the rhythm and flow of that awareness.

And repeat three times as you keep your awareness at the lower belly,

I am full of infinite energy.

And feel that life energy echo throughout the body for a moment.

As you drop your attention down to the base of the pelvic floor,

Feeling the breath and your awareness for a moment resting there.

And with your attention rooted there,

Repeat three times,

I allow myself to be grounded and centered in every moment.

Feel that groundedness echoing through the body as you connect with the supports of the earth underneath you.

And allow the attention to effortlessly slide all the way up to the spot behind your eyebrows.

Feel the breath at the spot behind your eyebrows.

And repeat three times,

I see and sense what is for my highest good.

Sense the truth of that for a moment.

And dial the attention up now to the top of the head.

Feel the radiant energy at the top of the head.

Breathe through the top of the head as if you are siphoning infinite energy in through the top of the head in a calm,

Open way.

And as you stay connected,

Feel the radiance of that radiance and as you stay connected to the top of the head,

Repeat three times,

I am connected to that which is greater than myself.

Feel the connection of that to that greater energy.

As you start to feel the energy rippling through the whole body like a quiet,

Subtle wave of vibrating sensation and awareness through the whole physical body as it rests effortlessly on the supports.

And as you stay connected to the whole body head to toe,

Repeat three times,

I receive abundantly.

Start to connect to the space around you once again.

Feel your body floating in the effortless,

Vast,

Beautiful space that surrounds you.

And feel and sense your connection seamlessly becoming the space as you sense it.

And as you stay connected to the space,

Repeat three times,

I allow myself to be relaxed and effortless.

And simply rest in this relaxed,

Effortless awareness of yourself as part of the space for as long as it feels good to you.

And when you feel ready,

Allow yourself to drift towards a sleep state,

To rest deeply and to heal on every level.

And have a great sleep.

Absolutely perfect, thank you🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻I used this a couple of times during the night, never got further than the first relaxing breaths. This morning, I woke up early, decided to do it again, seeing it as a yoga nidra practice. Wonderful, LOVED all the statements, and I feel at the same time relaxed and energized to start my day🙏🏻🌟😇🌟🙏🏻
