
Deep Emotional Release & Transformation: Let Go And Reset
In this Deep Emotional Release & Transformation track (which is not a substitute for professional help), you will be guided to take deep breaths, relax, and find a comfortable position. Then at a pace that feels safe and manageable to you, you'll bring up any emotional blocks or feelings that you want to work through -- or possibly release -- and then feel into a deeper and deeper sense of surrender that allows them to flow more fully. By the end, you'll often feel a full emotional reset.

Hey,
I'm Cyrus.
Welcome to this session for deep emotional release and energetic transformation.
This track is not a substitute for professional help,
So if you need it,
Please seek it,
And only use this track if you feel safe and ready to feel whatever you're feeling.
You can begin by lying down or sitting up in a comfortable position with your eyes closed.
If at any point you want to ground yourself in the safety of your environment,
You can open your eyes and rest them on a spot in front of you,
Or look around and ground yourself in your environment.
Whatever's necessary to keep you feeling safe and grounded,
You know yourself best,
So trust your intuition.
When you feel ready,
Start off by taking a deep,
Slow,
Powerful breath in through the nose,
Holding the breath at the top for a moment,
And focusing on the energy in your stomach and chest as you hold your breath for a moment.
Now slowly release out through the mouth,
Letting the air out of the balloon,
Decompressing.
We're going to do two more breath holds,
Really slow,
Breathing in through the nose again,
Filling up the stomach and chest,
And focusing on the energy there as you hold for a moment.
And once again,
Slowly releasing out through the mouth,
Relaxing deeper.
Final one,
Deepest one,
Breathing in really deep,
Filling up the entire body,
Feeling the stomach and chest with a present,
Concentrated attention.
And slowly releasing out through the mouth,
Relaxing deeply now.
And now bring your awareness to anything that you want to release.
Any emotions,
Energy,
Pressure,
Tension,
Anything you've been carrying in your body or mind that you feel like you'd benefit from letting go of and transforming into a lighter,
More spacious state of being.
This might be related to something in your life,
Or it could just be a feeling or sensation in your body.
And now if it feels safe,
Start to let the energy of that feeling rise to the surface of your body.
Notice any effort you were exerting into pushing it down,
And simply start to release that effort so it can float to the surface and be felt.
Remember you're in control,
You're the one choosing to bring it up.
You're safe in this moment,
And although it might be temporarily uncomfortable,
We're bringing it up with the purpose of feeling it and allow more space to clear out.
You might notice some resistance to it coming up,
And if so,
Just notice the resistance without judgment,
In whatever form it might come in,
Whether it's a sensation or a thought.
And if it feels safe,
Simply start to allow the resistance to melt away so the feeling can rise to the surface more fully.
And now that perhaps it's risen,
Notice where you feel the strongest sensations in your body.
Notice what the sensations feel like.
Maybe they have a texture or a color,
Feel free to imagine or notice that if you wish.
And take a moment to acknowledge any feeling or situation that might have brought up this sensation.
For example,
You can say,
I'm feeling fear right now,
Or I'm feeling resentment about this situation.
Whatever it is,
Just take a moment to acknowledge the feeling honestly and non-judgmentally now.
And once you've acknowledged the feeling and any situation or thought that might be associated with it,
Start to ignore all that from this point onward.
Just go past it,
Let it be in the background,
And start to place your spotlight of attention completely on the sensations themselves.
Put as close to 100% of your attention on the sensations where you notice them in the body now.
And now shift into allowing and welcoming mode.
Don't try to change or escape the sensations at all.
Simply consciously choose to let go of resistance to allow them to be as they are.
And in this state of allowing and welcoming the sensations,
Ignore the thoughts and focus on the sensations as they flow in whatever way they do.
Keep ignoring any thoughts that come up and go deeper into the sensations,
Placing all of your attention at greater depth on the sensations you feel,
Surrendering to the flow of them.
Now notice any part of you that's still trying to control the feeling,
Even a little bit,
And remind yourself that it's safe to let go and feel it at a greater depth.
If you wish,
Choose to let go of more control.
Surrender to the flow of sensations as they wash through you like a wave.
Ignore the thoughts and simply observe those flowing sensations.
And now imagine a space opening up around the sensations,
A very spacious space.
And imagine yourself relaxing into that space,
Able to breathe more fully with the sensations in that larger space that's opening up around them.
And notice how with this space opening up,
It's okay to feel whatever sensations are there.
You might notice it's less stressful and we have a different relationship to the sensations.
Notice how you're connected to the sensations,
But you are not the sensations or this feeling.
You are the one observing this feeling within the physical body.
And notice how that feeling might start to become more energy,
More vibration than physical matter and simply allow that sense of energy and subtle vibration to open up more in a way that feels safe to you.
And now with whatever sensations remain,
Start to take an attitude like it's okay if they're there and it's okay if they leave.
As an experiment,
Simply choose to allow the feeling to be there if it wants to be there or to leave and flow out if it wants to go.
Observing the feeling and energy you're noticing with that sense of unconditional,
Deep acceptance now.
Easing and relaxing into it more deeply and noticing how perhaps the energy is becoming more flowing and loose and free and allowing it to crackle out and flow if it wants to.
And if there's any sensations still there,
You might even ask the feeling or sensations,
Is there anything you need from me?
And if the feeling gave you an intuition of anything it needs from you,
Take a moment to simply offer that to the feeling now,
Whether it was unconditional love,
Compassion,
Understanding,
Or anything else you sensed that the feeling needs.
Offering that in abundance for a moment now.
And if you feel safe to let go of the feeling now,
Simply allow yourself to let it flow out and through you.
Don't think about how to do this,
Simply set an intention to be willing to let the feeling go.
And as if it were a wave flowing out of you or a cloud evaporating in the sun,
Just allow it to lift and crackle and move up,
Out,
And through your body in whatever way feels intuitive.
Not thinking,
But simply allowing it to flow out of you as fully as it can and observing it as it does.
If it's helpful,
Imagine yourself handing over the energy or feeling or pressure to an energy greater than yourself.
Imagine any of those old sensations dissolving into the vast ocean of the universe,
Infinitely larger than you and capable of taking on all these energies that you want to hand over and simply allow it to dissolve out of you.
Notice any space you've opened up within the body,
Notice any sensations that have shifted and welcome in a sense of spacious lightness,
Flow,
Unconditional love,
And uplifting positivity.
Imagine like these energies were abundant and you are breathing them in infinitely to every cell of your body.
Don't put a logical limit on what you can feel or how much of this uplifting frequency of energy you can feel.
Simply assume it's infinite and breathe it in,
In total abundance now.
Take a moment with your eyes closed to process any shifts that you feel or in your mindset now.
Take a moment to consciously choose to embrace any positive shifts of acceptance,
Lightness,
Flow or peace that you notice within you going forward,
Welcoming those energies to continue to uplift you as you head back into your daily life.
Remember if any energy is still lingering,
Trust that it will clear out as you stay in the rhythm of the present and that every time you do this type of work,
You've cleared out a big chunk of suppressed energy so our experience will vary a little bit every time but it's always a positive endeavor in the big picture when we embrace the process.
When you feel ready,
Allow your eyes to open,
To ground yourself in your environment and to move slowly,
Effortlessly,
One moment at a time,
Warming back up at your own pace.
Remember to repeat this track any time you feel like you might benefit from it.

I really needed this meditation. Thank you. I spent a week in the hospital with an abscess and diverticulitis. Then to come back to work and have my hours cut. Things are challenging right now but this meditation helped me recognize how to release the soul lesson.
