
Alignment Meditation: Jump Into Your Best Timeline Right Now
In this Alignment meditation, we'll relax deeply, release any old energy, then invite in the experience of ourselves and our reality we most want to align to. We'll get specific from how we move, hold ourselves, speak to others and ourselves, and more details, releasing blocks along the way and allowing the feeling to become even more vibrant and clear. Finally, we'll transition the energy into our waking lives, inviting ourselves to embody that now.
Transcript
Hey,
It's Cyrus.
Welcome to this alignment meditation to align to the version of yourself and the reality you want to create now.
This is a super powerful way to create the energy you want within yourself now,
Instead of waiting for a later date or an external thing to create that for you.
Start off by getting into a comfortable relaxed position sitting upright or lying down with your eyes closed.
Settle into stillness and commit to that stillness in your mind so you can go into another place of energetic alignment and imagination.
Once you've found a physical position that feels right to you and you've committed to a sense of consistent physical stillness other than the natural flow of your breath,
Take a deep slow breath in through the nose,
Filling up your entire body with the breath,
And slowly release out through the mouth.
Last one,
Making it the most calmly concentrated breath yet and the slowest one as you inhale slowly deeply in through the nose,
Invigorating all your cells with the oxygen and slowly letting go at your own pace,
Feeling all your muscles relax a little deeper.
And now keep your mind alert as you maintain your effort.
Letting your neck and shoulders drop and release any tension and feeling that relaxation wash down into the back.
Feeling the back muscles unclench.
Imagining the chest and stomach opening and softening with the breath.
Feeling your arms and hands relax and release.
And allowing the legs and feet to unclench and simmer as any tension drains out of them effortlessly.
Keeping the mind awake and alert as you feel this smooth conversation of energy and vibration throughout the entire body,
Head to toe,
Moving slowly and smoothly with the breath.
And now get familiar with the energy in your body right now.
Notice what shape you imagine it having,
What color or texture it might have.
There's no right or wrong,
Just feel,
Explore and imagine.
Take a moment to allow that current energy to be as it is,
To start in a place of conscious alignment by not trying to change the energy,
Directly observing it and welcoming it to be exactly as it is.
Now that you've acknowledged that and allowed it to be as it is,
Invite the energy to release,
To let go.
Any part of it that's not serving you,
Just allow it to flow out,
To evaporate,
To dissolve.
Allow it to zip and pop and crackle out of the body.
Don't think about it,
Just feel any old energy moving and flowing out.
Now notice the space within yourself that you've opened up to create something new.
And imagine and envision being aligned to the highest version of yourself and the reality you want to create right now.
Whatever images,
Sense impressions,
Feeling textures,
Intuitions that arise,
Allow them to flow through and simply be curious about what you're receiving.
Anything that feels good or aligned to you,
Allow yourself to feel that now as you see it.
And getting even more specific now,
See the energy you want to go about your day with as this version of yourself in this reality.
The way you hold yourself,
The way you express your energy.
The vibe in your body that you want to feel and the balance and calmness in your nervous system that you want to invite to be a reality right now.
And as this comes to you,
Allow yourself to be aligned to that now,
But also acknowledge any blocks that arise.
Acknowledge them and then let them melt away and release so that that picture and feeling gets more and more crystal clear.
And now shift your attention to see how this version of yourself chooses to talk to others.
How you treat them,
How you relate to them,
How you pay attention to them.
And as you see that,
Invite yourself to feel that energy flowing through and out of you.
Now letting that go and shifting your attention to see and feel how you want to talk to yourself and relate to yourself.
What is your self-talk?
What patience,
Clarity,
Self-compassion or any other quality do you want to invite into that relationship with yourself?
Allowing yourself to start to feel that more and more now.
Acknowledging and releasing any old patterns or blocks that arise so that you're opening up a space where this is more and more possible right now.
Now as an experiment,
Starting to see yourself living life as if you know that you're not being judged.
As if you know that you're totally worthy and unconditionally loved.
Allowing yourself to feel as though those things were guaranteed.
Welcoming in those inner feelings of fulfillment,
Security,
Love,
Peace and freedom.
Feeling that,
Seeing that and releasing any blocks that arise allowing them to melt away so you can tilt your energy in the direction of this more free and open reality and experience of yourself.
See yourself welcoming in a sense of flow,
Lightness,
Love and abundance into your life.
Allowing that to flow so freely that no matter how much flows to you,
You're creating a bigger and bigger space within yourself where you can allow even more of those things in,
Limitlessly.
Welcome in and affirm a deep sense of safety into your subconscious so these positive shifts and energies feel safe and welcome within and outside you.
Now feel and welcome the deep sense of inherent meaning,
Beauty and sense of completion that comes with this alignment.
This alignment that pervades your life and flows into your core.
Instead of thinking about this sense of meaning,
Simply invite yourself to feel the inherent meaning that may flow from this sense of alignment.
See and feel the sense of awareness of how everything you do from this place is simply an expression of this increasing sense of completeness,
Wholeness and effortless enjoyments.
Take a moment to simmer and steep in this fresh aligned energy you've created with the power of your mind.
Notice and appreciate any shift in the shape,
Texture or colors of the energy within you.
And when you feel ready,
Open your eyes and slowly move your body at a pace that feels intuitive.
Noticing,
Feeling and consciously allowing yourself to be and bring this new aligned energy back with you into your day,
Consciously and intentionally.
Invite yourself to feel that and be that now with little or possibly no limitations.
And remember this is a process of aligning yourself to this energy as old patterns and energies and the ways of the world will of course sometimes bring us out of alignment.
