As I say these affirmations,
Either repeat them out loud or in your mind,
And feel the affirmation within your body,
Allowing it to really sink in and take root.
I recommend doing these affirmations at least once a day for 30 days,
Ideally right when you wake up when your brain is most malleable,
Or right before you drift off to sleep.
Take a moment to get settled in,
Finding a comfortable seat or lying down,
And we'll take a few deep breaths to get centered.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Sigh everything out your mouth.
Now seal your lips.
Take a deep breath in through your nose for a count of four.
Hold it.
Exhale through your nose for a count of six.
One more time.
Take a deep breath in through your nose for a count of four.
Exhale through your nose for a count of six.
I am worthy.
I am worthy just as I am.
There is nothing I have to do to be worthy.
I am worthy simply because I exist.
I am worthy of self-care.
I am worthy of alone time.
I am worthy of rest and relaxation.
I am worthy of fulfillment.
I am worthy of taking space for the things that light me up.
I am worthy of my deepest dreams and desires.
I am worthy of saying no.
I am worthy of setting boundaries.
I am worthy of help from others.
I am worthy because I am a divine being.
I am worthy just as I am.
There is nothing I have to do to be worthy.
I am worthy simply because I exist.
And I am worthy of living my highest,
Most joy-filled,
Most abundant life.
