Are you sure you are ready? In this session you'll be invited to hold your breath for 1min 30, 1min 45 seconds, and then 2 whole minutes. In this breathwork session, you'll be doing 3 rounds of breathing using two styles of breathing, Breath of Fire and Alkaline Breathing. After the success of my past breathwork sessions, I wanted to bring you a whole series. This is one part of a bigger series with 3 beginners, 3 intermediate, and 3 advanced sessions.
