Hi and welcome to this getting organized meditation.
Take a moment just to settle back.
Find a comfortable position.
And whenever you're ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Let's all begin by taking in a nice deep breath in through the nose.
And let it all go slowly through an open mouth.
Again,
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
And one more time,
Breathing in calm.
And breathing out anything you don't need to carry right now.
Pies.
Sometimes life can feel cluttered.
Our closets become cluttered.
Calendars become cluttered.
And sometimes our minds become cluttered too.
There are things to do,
People to call,
Emails to answer.
Appointments to make,
Decisions we put off,
Projects we want to begin.
And when everything feels important,
It can become difficult to know just where to begin.
So right now,
We're not gonna do everything.
We're not going to try to do everything.
We're simply going to create a little space.
Pause.
Let's all take another deep breath right in.
And as you exhale this time,
Just imagine that you're clearing a little room inside your mind.
You don't have to solve anything right now.
And you don't have to remember everything right now.
And you don't have to figure everything out right now.
Just breathe.
Pause.
Just imagine standing in a beautiful room The room is light and airy.
And there's nothing unnecessary here.
Everything has a place.
There's space to move,
Space to breathe,
Space to think.
And just notice how that feels.
The room represents your mind when you slow down and decide what truly matters.
Pause.
And gently ask yourself.
What is taking up too much space in my mind right now?
A pile of paperwork,
An unfinished project.
Or something you've been avoiding.
But this time simply notice.
And ask yourself.
What actually needs my attention first?
Not everything,
Just the next thing.
Eyes,
There is something incredibly freeing about remembering.
I don't have to do everything at once.
Just repeat that silently to yourself.
I don't have to do everything at once.
I can begin with one thing.
One drawer,
One email,
One phone call.
One decision.
One small step.
Because organization isn't about perfection.
It's about creating enough order that you have more room for your life,
More room for creativity,
More room for relationships,
More room for rest,
More room for joy,
And more room for bliss.
Taking another deep,
Slow breath right in.
And as you breathe out,
Imagine releasing the word overwhelmed.
Breathing in,
I think clarity.
Breathing out,
Clutter.
Breathing in calm.
Breathing out pressure.
Breathing in space.
Breathing out everything that can wait.
When you imagine tomorrow,
See yourself beginning your day.
With intention instead of rushing.
Imagine choosing three things that truly matter.
Not 30.
Just three.
And then just choose the first one.
See yourself beginning and notice how powerful it feels simply to begin.
You don't need the perfect planner or the perfect system.
You don't need to suddenly become a different person.
You just need a springboard.
Or a starting point.
And perhaps there's things in your life that no longer need to be organized.
Maybe they just need to be released.
A commitment that no longer fits.
A possession you no longer need.
And expectation you've been carrying.
Because getting organized can also mean letting go and making space for the person you are becoming.
Silently repeat.
I have time.
I can choose what matters.
I don't need to do everything today.
And creating more space in my life.
More clarity in my mind.
And creating room for what matters the most.
Taking a beautiful deep breath right in here.
And let it go.
Before we finish,
Ask yourself one final question.
What is one small thing I can do today that will make tomorrow feel lighter?
Let your answer come.
And whatever it is,
Let that be enough.
One step.
One decision.
One little corner of your life.
Because sometimes one small act of organization creates a huge and surprising amount of peace.
Take one final deep breath in.
Breathing out.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.
Whenever you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Carry this feeling of calm clarity with you.
You don't have to organize your entire life today.
Just create a little space.
Take one small step.
And make a little more room.
For finding your bliss.
