I invite you all to settle back,

Get as comfortable as you can and switch off all the responses all over your body as your muscles begin to ease off more and more.

I want you all to begin by taking in a nice deep breath right in,

In through the nose and let everything go with a nice long exhale.

Ah,

We're going to talk today about thinking about something that you really want,

Something you want to achieve,

A goal that you want to manifest and by having a clear vision of what that is,

You can attract that dream into your life.

Believing that you can is where it all begins.

So let's just begin by visualizing what you want.

Imagine that thing or feeling that you want to have more of in your life and visualize it in your mind,

Your body and even in your soul.

Taking another breath right in,

Hold it if you can and then let it all go in a nice long exhale.

Positive thinking is a wonderful way to manifest your dreams into reality.

So train yourself to think positively about this dream or goal that you wish for and even think about a positive affirmation to make it all come true.

Whether it's something like everything always works out in the end or I've got this or I just love everything always works out perfectly for me.

Try repeating your mantra every day which will make you feel good,

Inspired,

Boost your confidence and help you to think more positively.

A great time to do this is before you go to bed at night and also first thing in the morning to start your day.

To lock this in I want you all to breathe in positivity and then just breathe out any excess stress you may be feeling.

Breathe in confidence and breathe out any self-doubt and breathe in belief in yourself.

Breathing out any self-doubt that may still be remaining.

Let's all take in another big deep breath right in and then a nice long exhale.

Just lengthening that exhale on the way down.

Letting go and letting be with positivity.

Give yourself a hug for doing this practice and wishing you all a wonderful rest of your day.
