
Reduce Stress, And Overwhelm
This short 8-minute guided meditation is meant for people who are experiencing stress. We can experience stress for many reasons, but the root is usually due to fear of the unknown. Anxiety can become so intense that we become disconnected mentally from our bodies. This meditation intends to first make you aware of your breathing, then lead into awareness of holding tension in our bodies and focusing on letting that go. Bringing yourself back into the moment, and feeling more grounded and connected. This will be one of many shorter guided meditations meant for reducing stress, and anxiety. I chose to make these ones shorter because I think a lot of us can feel overwhelmed by longer meditations especially if we are already experiencing anxiety in our mind, and body. I hope you leave this mediation feeling more grounded and connected to yourself.
