So finding yourself in a comfortable position,

You can be seated or laying down.

Let's begin tuning in to the rhythm of our breath.

Letting our body expand on our inhale and soften on our exhale.

Letting yourself tune in to the rhythm of your breath.

Letting your body expand on your inhale and soften on your exhale.

Let's take a moment and set an intention for this practice.

It can be such as,

I release stress and welcome peace,

Or I open myself to healing and connection,

Or perhaps more geared to the vision you have for yourself and your family.

With each breath,

Imagine your body filling up,

Feeling your body expand on your inhale and soften on your exhale.

You can imagine your breath as a golden or white light filling up your body.

On your inhale,

Feeling your body expand with this vibrant light.

And on your exhale,

Letting this light move through you.

Notice this light slowly entering your body,

Cleansing and purifying each part as it cycles through your body with your breath.

Noticing any thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions,

Or memories arising.

Noticing any shifts within your body,

Any sensations,

Simply coming up to be seen,

To be felt,

To be expressed.

Our conscious breath brings in the energy,

And the energy has a way of awakening what is stored within us.

Now let us connect to our heart,

Placing one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.

Take a few deep breaths,

Focusing on the warmth and connection between your hands and your body.

You can visualize a soft pink or green light filling your heart,

Radiating out in all directions.

With each inhale,

Bringing in this loving energy.

And with each exhale,

Letting it move throughout your body to where your body needs it now.

Noticing where in your body sensations arise,

Allowing yourself to observe,

Be present,

Welcome any thoughts,

Feelings,

Memories,

Or emotions that arise.

Visualize this light expanding with each breath,

Filling your entire body,

Creating a protective,

Nurturing aura around you.

You can imagine this light filling up your womb,

Creating a welcoming,

Healthy environment.

Imagine your babies,

Imagine this light connecting you to them.

Noticing any sensations that arise,

Noticing any thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions,

Or memories that come up.

Letting your breath and this energy awaken what is stored within.

Feeling safe to see,

To feel,

And express this energy now.

On your inhale,

Feeling your body expand with this loving energy.

And on your exhale,

Letting it release,

Feeling your body soften.

You can bring in affirmations for yourself,

Such as,

I am calm and at peace.

I trust my body's wisdom.

I am connected with my baby.

I am a loving and capable mother.

Notice where in your body sensations arise,

Directing this healing breath there now.

Noticing any thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions,

Or memories that arise.

This is simply the energy stored in this space coming up to be seen,

To be felt,

Expressed and released.

Letting it go now.

Knowing at any moment throughout your day as sensations arise,

You can consciously tune into your breath,

Bringing in this healing energy,

Imagining this healing light coming body with each breath,

Going to the area of concern,

Tuning in,

Being present,

Offering this love within.

As we bring this practice to a close,

We'll take a moment to express gratitude for this time of self-care and healing.

Thank yourself for prioritizing your well-being and the well-being of your family,

Of your relationships and slowly bring your awareness back into this space,

Wiggling your fingers and toes,

Stretching your body,

And when you're ready,

Opening your eyes.
