Allowing yourself to settle in to a comfortable seated position.
We'll begin by bringing our attention to our breath.
Noticing your inhale and your exhale.
Really just taking a moment to ground into the rhythm of our breath.

On your inhale,
Allowing your spine to lengthen upwards and on your exhale,
Let your shoulders soften down and back,
Allowing for more expansion in our chest area,
Leading to deeper cycles of breath.
Noticing how your body feels on your inhale and how your body softens on your exhale.
So rise and simply choosing to bring your attention back to your breath,
Acknowledging your thoughts,
Accepting them as they are and choosing to let them go,
Bringing our attention back to our breath.
In this way,
We consciously choose where our attention goes and in this way we choose where our energy goes.
Noticing your attention on the rhythm of your breath.
Imagine you can bring in loving energy on your inhale,
Feeling it throughout your body as you expand and on your exhale,
Imagine you can send it all to your third eye.
Play with what this means to you.
Imagine expanding with love and energy on your inhale,
Feeling every cell in your body awaken and on your exhale,
Direct all this love and energy into your third eye,
Noticing your third eye expanding,
Spinning and radiating love.
Maintain this rhythm,
Simply inhaling all this love and energy and exhaling.
Exhaling it into your third eye.
Finding our piano gland,
Expanding,
Allowing ourselves to see,
Always trusting these images that come to mind,
Accepting the images as they are and then consciously bringing in the result you desire,
Allowing yourself to see what you truly desire,
Gaining clarity in such a personal way.
Exhaling all this love and energy into your third eye.
Exhaling all this love and energy into your third eye.
Exhaling in love and energy on your inhale,
Feeling your body expand and on your exhale,
Expanding all this love and energy into your third eye.
Allowing each cell to awaken with this loving energy,
Allowing your DNA to activate and expand,
Sending all our love into our third eye,
Allowing for radiance and expansion.
Allowing alligent support inside your tenacious suffering.
Basking in all this love and energy we've created together,
Allowing your body to feel this expansion,
Developing our inner tuition,
Our inner sense of clarity,
Our inner knowing.
Notice the sensations you feel throughout your body,
Allowing yourself to expand with each breath,
To feel into this present moment,
Noticing any thoughts or images that come to mind,
And simply allow yourself to notice them,
Acknowledge them,
Accept them as they are without getting into story or attachment,
And then choosing to let them go.
In this way,
Many stored thoughts and areas of healing arise,
And simply accepting them,
Thanking them for the purpose they've served,
And allowing them to be released.
And as you release all of these memories and hurts,
You can make space to bring in what will serve you.
You can consciously bring to mind your desires,
And by focusing your attention on that and sending it love,
You can bring it to fruition,
Making it real in your life.

The power of your thoughts,
The power of your love,
That this is a skill accessible to us all,
