To begin this meditation,
I want you to find a comfortable seated position.
Where your back is upright and you're in a safe and connected environment.
If it feels safe,
I invite you to bring a hand over your chest or the area of your heart.
You can bring your other hand to your stomach or belly.
And as you settle in and close your eyes and feel connected to the earth underneath you,
I invite you to bring in that first inhale in through your nose,
Down into your belly.
Out through your nose or your mouth.
Softening and relaxing with the exhale.
And as you continue to breathe in and out through your nose.
I invite you to bring all of your awareness to the area of the heart.
Begin to imagine your breath flowing in and out of your heart or your chest area.
Breathing a little bit slower and deeper than usual.
I'm beginning to feel a rhythm of connection.
Between your heart and your breath.
Keeping your attention and your awareness in the area of the heart.
Allowing that breath to flow in and out of your heart or your chest area.
Breathing slower and deeper as you just settle into that perfect rhythm of connection.
And as you stay connected in your breath.
And in your heart.
I invite you to simply open up your heart.
To any challenges,
Issues,
Opportunities,
Or big decisions in your life right now.
If there's one that you're holding in your mind,
You're welcome to just offer it to the wisdom and the connection of your heart.
You can even visualize bringing.
That opportunity,
That challenge,
That decision.
Right down into that area of your heart.
Area of the chest.
And then continue to breathe in and out through the heart.
Expanding,
Feeling the life moving into your heart on the inhale.
Feeling your heart give your whole entire body a beautiful mini vacation with each exhale.
Just continuing to hold that opportunity,
A challenge,
Or decision.
Right in the area of your heart.
Staying attuned to the wisdom.
And the inside.
That comes from that deeper place of connection.
You're welcome to take one or two more final breaths,
Staying connected to the heart.
Then when you're ready,
Open up your eyes,
Slowly come back into the room.
And I invite you to grab a pen or pencil and piece of paper.
And write down any of the thoughts,
The feelings,
The emotions,
The words,
Or the little intuitive insights that bubbled up to the surface.
Don't overthink it,
But just write down whatever comes to mind and notice any emotional shifts,
Big or small.
That happened from the beginning of the meditation until now.
And don't be surprised if there's a little bit of intuition,
A little bit of insight that has bubbled to the surface that gives you clarity,
Direction,
Confidence,
And purpose as you navigate your path forward.
