Today we are going to do a dinosaur relaxation meditation.
First,
I just want you to be really comfortable.
Make sure you're not touching anyone else.
And just get really comfy.
First,
I want you to imagine you're a dinosaur.
It's way,
Way back when the dinosaur lives.
You see a huge coconut tree.
You smell one of the coconuts.
Breathe in through your nose.
Breathe out through your mouth.
Now imagine you're a smaller dinosaur.
Imagine you're running through the grass in an open field.
And just smelling the fresh air.
Take a deep breath with me.
Now you smell a flower.
There's five different flowers.
Let's take five deep breaths with me.
One.
Two.
Three.
Now,
Pretend you're one of the people that lived way,
Way back.
You're in a cave with the dinosaurs.
You're in your cave.
You're eating dinner.
You're imagining that you are there.
And that night,
You take five deep breaths in.
And five deep breaths out.
Let's take five with me now.
One.
Two.
Four.
Five.
Now imagine you're running through the water.
And you're a little kid just running through the water with your family.
There's a little fishy in the water.
You catch it.
And you breathe in.
Out.
And feel the nature around you.
Now let's breathe in together.
And breathe out.
Now you release the fish and go play with your family.
