Welcome love.
Begin by taking a moment to settle.
Let the outside world soften,
Like dusk folding gently around you.
Let your breath arrive,
Not forced,
Not shaped,
Just observed.
With each exhale,
Let yourself land more fully in your body.
Let your weight be held.
Let your breath be your anchor.
Imagine a warm golden light hovering just above your head.
It pulses gently,
Like the first rays of morning filtering through closed curtains.
This light is not external.
It comes from you.
It's always been a part of you.
With each inhale,
Feel that light begin to pour gently down through the crown of your head,
Bathing your scalp,
Your face,
Your jaw.
With each breath,
It moves lower across your neck,
Your chest,
Warming your shoulders,
Flowing into your arms and hands.
Let it move slowly,
Lovingly.
Down your spine,
Through your ribs,
Into your belly,
Your hips,
Your legs.
Every part of you lit from within.
You are not a vessel to be filled.
You are a source.
You are a flame.
There may have been times you dimmed this light to stay safe,
To be accepted,
To survive.
You were never wrong for doing so.
You were wise.
And now,
Now it is safe to glow again.
This light is not loud.
It does not demand.
It does not burn others to be seen.
It simply radiates a quiet,
Certain presence.
A warmth that says,
I am here.
Let yourself bask in it.
Let it fill the spaces you thought were too broken to hold light.
Let it reach the corners you forgot to love.
You are luminous,
Even in your grief.
Even in your questions.
Even in your becoming.
And maybe,
Just maybe,
You don't have to wait to be healed to shine.
Maybe this light is what does the healing.
Begin to draw your awareness gently back.
Feel your body resting where you are,
Still cradled in light.
Wiggle your fingers if it feels good.
Maybe roll your shoulders.
Let yourself stretch like a sunflower in the morning.
Take a breath in,
And as you exhale,
Offer yourself this truth.
I am lit from within.
My light is not a performance.
It is a presence.
And it is enough.
And as you return to your day,
Remember always,
You are loved.
You are enough.
You are whole.
