Hi Love,

I'm Teresa and this meditation is for moments when your body feels full,

Tired or quietly overwhelmed.

Even if your mind is still pushing forward,

Let's slow down and listen together.

Settle into a comfortable position,

And if it feels okay,

Let your eyes close or soften your gaze,

And begin by just noticing your breath,

Not changing it yet,

Just observing.

Is it shallow,

Deep,

Somewhere in between?

Take one intentional inhale,

And let it go with a long audible sigh.

Your body speaks in sensations long before words,

Through heaviness,

Through tension,

Through a subtle pulling inward.

Bring your attention gently to your belly,

The place that often holds instinctive truth.

Ask softly inside yourself,

What has been enough for me?

You don't need a clear answer,

Just notice what shows up,

Maybe a feeling,

A tightening,

A softening,

A sense of relief.

Wherever you notice the sensation,

Place a hand there,

Or imagine warmth surrounding that area,

And say quietly,

I hear you.

Let your breath move toward that place,

Not to fix it,

Just to accompany it.

Enough is not failure.

Enough is wisdom.

Enough is the body protecting what matters.

Take one slow breath in,

And as you exhale,

Imagine releasing one thing you've been carrying past its limit.

And let the breath anchor you downward,

Into your legs,

Your hips,

Your feet.

You are allowed to stop listening outward,

And start listening inward.

Gently bring awareness back to the room around you.

Thank you for honouring your body's truth today.

May you move forward with a little more tenderness for yourself.

And as you return to your day,

Remember as always,

You are loved,

You are whole,

You are enough.
