Welcome,

Let's take a soft pause together.

Feel the ground beneath you,

The air around you,

And the gentle rise and fall of your breath.

You've arrived here right on time.

Transitions can feel like small thresholds,

Leaving one moment behind and stepping into another.

Before moving on,

Take a pause to allow your body to catch up.

Relax your jaw,

Unclench your hands,

Invite your shoulders to soften,

And notice how your breath steadys you.

This pause is a doorway into presence.

Let's breathe three gentle breaths together.

Inhale,

Closing the last chapter,

And exhale,

Opening the next.

Inhale,

Gathering yourself,

And exhale,

Arriving here.

Inhale,

New energy,

And exhale,

Ready to begin again.

This moment is enough,

And so are you.

Step forward gently,

Carrying this pause with you.
