Hi,

Welcome to this audio to help you heal from hay fever.

First,

I would like to share with you a bit of my own healing journey before we move into the practice.

I suffered from severe hay fever allergy for 10 years.

Enduring pronounced symptoms,

I tried both traditional and alternative medicine without any help.

As a result,

I dreaded the arrival of spring and limited my outings during that sensitive period.

However,

At the age of 40,

Life led me to go on a profound inner journey and through the transformative teachings of amazing books,

I integrated their wisdom into my daily meditation practice.

After a few weeks,

I experienced a remarkable breakthrough during a transcendental meditation.

I healed my allergy.

I realized that my allergy had developed due to some unconscious beliefs that life wasn't benevolent towards me.

I harbored a deep sense of insecurity and felt the need to shield myself from the outside world.

By consciously shifting these beliefs,

I communicated to my body and immune system that I no longer required excessive defense and that pollen and life were not my enemies.

I actively worked on releasing fears and embracing life's abundance.

Through visualization and deep emotional connection,

I cultivated feelings of safety and complete trust in life's unfolding,

Recognizing my profound interconnectedness with everything.

While I experienced occasional symptoms in the three years following my initial healing,

I approached them with a different perspective.

First,

Doubt and discouragement surfaced,

But I quickly transformed them into gratitude,

Realizing that the allergy was guiding me towards necessary adjustments,

Aligning me with more complete healing and with my authentic and natural self.

Today,

I am thrilled to share my profound realizations and the invaluable lessons learned.

I am filled with gratitude and amazed at how life continually supports our well-being.

I have learned to attentively listen to my body's messages,

Trusting that it always strives to guide me towards healing.

As you embark on your own healing journey,

I invite you to open to your own wisdom and find your own answers,

Cultivate patience and embrace the transformative power within you.

Hay fever symptoms arise from the body's immune system being on high alert to saving pollen as a threat to the sensory system.

With this healing practice,

I invite you to let go of resistance and surrender to the teachings of hay fever.

When we lack a strong sense of self,

We feel lost when engaging with the world,

Becoming overwhelmed and threatened within our personal space.

Boundaries become blurry,

Leading us to feel scattered or absorb too much and believe that we need to defend and protect ourselves from the external world.

We may perceive ourselves as separate from the world and others,

Driven by a sense of external threat or disconnection and isolation.

Healing begins as we release our fears and cultivate a strong sense of self within,

Without losing that sense of self when connecting with the world.

As a divine expression in the physical body,

As we embody our true empowered self,

We feel safe in living our lives and engage with the world using all of our senses,

Yet establish healthy boundaries coming from a place of love instead of fear.

Love for self and love for life.

Let's begin by relaxing ourselves into what is.

Gently coming back into the body.

Can we find relaxation within ourselves,

Allowing the current feelings and sensations?

As symptoms arise and dissipate,

Can we become a relaxed witness,

Neither resisting nor magnifying them?

With each breath,

Open a little bit more,

Embrace a little bit more,

And even smile or laugh,

Reassuring ourselves and the body that there is nothing to fear.

Nothing and no one can disturb our inner balance.

Now,

By taking a slow deep breath,

Letting go of all the to-dos,

We can ground ourselves deeply into the body and into the earth.

Connecting with the body through mindful breathing,

Focusing our energy inwards to cultivate more power,

Clarity,

And energy.

As we breathe in and out,

We can visualize a ball of golden light growing stronger and larger at our solar plexus.

Inhale,

Coming back to ourselves,

And center.

Exhale,

Relaxing into being.

With each breath,

We can affirm our connection to our true essence and welcome all aspects of ourselves and life,

Realizing our own individual oneness being part of all of manifested life,

Embracing all of ourselves,

Embracing all of life.

Loving our humanity and the joy of being in this body,

Here on earth,

Knowing that we are safe.

Visualize our oneness with nature,

Seeing ourselves surrounded by its beauty and magnificence,

Feeling a deep sense of belonging.

Embrace the safety to fully experience life,

Welcoming all its facets,

Both delightful and challenging.

Relax even more,

Breathe deeply,

And allow my voice to be yours.

Inhale,

I come back to myself,

To my center.

Exhale,

I relax within and relax without.

Inhale,

I allow my inner sun to shine.

Exhale,

I relax into being me,

Being here.

Inhale,

I connect to my true essence.

Amen.

Inhale,

I am loved and supported.

Exhale,

I am always safe,

Nothing to fear.

I welcome all sensations.

I am safe to experience life through my sight,

My hearing,

My smell,

My taste and my touch.

I am safe to feel my feelings.

I am safe to experience life.

I am present in my body,

In my life,

And I am centered and powerful.

I am unique,

With no one else like me in the entire universe.

I embrace and cherish my uniqueness,

Sovereignty and my own identity.

I embrace and cherish my uniqueness,

Sovereignty and wholeness.

I recognize the same individual's sovereignty within others and celebrate our shared humanity as part of an ever-expanding universe.

I can be me with others.

I can be me in the world.

I allow myself to be my true self and allow others to be their true selves.

I welcome all of life with openness,

Curiosity,

Wonder and gratitude.

I am whole,

I am free,

I am in flow.

I flow freely as I allow myself to unfold naturally as each moment and each experience unfolds naturally.

As this practice comes to an end,

Stay here for a moment to fully embody your empowered self,

Being the master of your own home,

Your body,

Your consciousness,

While knowing you can go through life feeling safe and whole because you belong.

Yes,

You belong to life.
