This practice is designed to help you lower stress and develop a mindset of self-compassion. It combines two powerful stress management tools, EFT and the Metta Practice (a traditional Bhuddist technique that promotes unconditional positive emotions toward all beings, including yourself). With daily practice, these techniques will support your physical, mental and emotional health.
