
Sleep Stillness Exercise: Still My Body And Mind For Sleep
This short mindfulness exercise is designed to be used once you are in bed and ready to transition into sleep. By placing all your awareness on the senses, this exercise helps to still the mind and body and create a feeling of calm. Please note that there is no preamble at the top of this track and no dialogue or ending bell to signal the end of the session.
