This tapping meditation is designed for anyone who has trouble falling asleep and is familiar with the EFT tapping process. It begins with a short mindfulness exercise to help still the mind and ground the body and then moves on to an EFT tapping sequence that is focussed on relaxing the body and mind and releasing any frustration, worry, and limiting beliefs around not being able to fall asleep.
