She is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has her own private therapy practice, specializing in trauma resolution, addiction., and eating disorders. She often guides her clients in meditation and promotes it as a therapeutic tool. Taz has found meditation to be an unparalleled way to center herself, connect with her mind and body, and learn how to be present and react to life in a grounded way.
