Connecting with your Wild Woman by Suzi McWilliam.
Finding yourself somewhere comfortable to sit,
Preferably lighting a candle or maybe some incense.
Just really creating a beautiful sacred space for yourself.
Breathing.
Breathing deeply,
Allowing those eyes to close.
Breathing deeply,
Calling her to rise within you.
Wild woman rise.
Wild woman rise.
Repeating it out loud or in your head,
Wild woman rise.
Wild woman rise.
Placing your hands on your lower abdomen,
Connecting with that root space,
That wound space.
Drawing the breath deep down.
Down to the base of the spine.
Then exhaling fully back up.
I honour you,
Wild woman.
I am ready to listen.
I am ready to tune in to the sacred wisdom within myself.
I am sorry that I allowed your fire to burn out.
I am sorry that I fell into dimming to tuning out.
I am ready to listen.
I am ready to connect.
Drawing that breath deep down to the base again,
Beginning to ignite to stoke the fire with your breath.
Taking your fist.
Gently tapping in that heart space in the middle of your chest.
Banging to the beat of your heart,
Your own internal drum.
She is there.
She is waiting for you.
As you bang to the beat and your mind repeating,
I am here.
I am here.
I am here.
I am here.
Releasing the chest bangs,
Massaging that heart space in a circle.
Again,
Dropping the hands to the lower belly to the womb space.
Roll your shoulders back,
Open your chest and feel that fire begin to burn.
Smile and breathe that expansive energy.
You can now see yourself.
You're running barefoot through the grass.
You laugh,
You spin,
You stamp on the soil and earth beneath you.
I am here.
I am here.
You feel seen,
Connected.
Connected to Mother Earth,
To Gaia,
You are one.
You allow the dew to soak your feet,
To cover your hands and wash your face.
Placing your hands on the earth below,
In the earth.
You move the earth,
Your hands are covered and you laugh.
You shake off the dirt,
You dance,
You move.
Connect.
Connect.
Connect,
Listen to her.
As you sit in meditation,
You begin to feel your spine move and sway.
You maybe circle your upper body,
Move your spine,
Breathe deep.
Allow her to move through you,
She is you,
Part of you.
Move your chest forward,
Open,
Breathe in.
Exhale,
Move back.
Breathe in,
Open that chest and move forward,
Then exhale and move back.
Feel free to breathe deeply.
Allowing your body to move intuitively as you breathe.
Allow.
Connect.
I am here.
I am here.
Gently slowing the body,
Coming back to a strong seated posture.
Breathing,
Allowing that energy to get drawn up from the earth beneath you through that womb space.
That space of wisdom,
Creativity and pleasure.
Up into the body and let it wash back down.
You feel strong.
Connected.
And back to whole.
She is with you.
Part of you.
Is you.
Grounding your energy back now,
Connecting with the breath,
Your bottom on the seat or the floor.
And placing your hands on the ground.
Take a large inhale,
Smile to release.
Again,
Inhale,
Smile.
Release.
You open your eyes,
Taking that sense of freedom and empowerment with you.
