Close your eyes and begin to take a nice deep breath in,
Filling up your lungs and feeling your heart expand.
And as you breathe out,
Begin to relax,
Allowing your lungs to empty and your chest to drop.
Again,
Breathing in fully,
Feeling your tummy rise and slowly exhale,
Releasing and letting go.
This is your time and space,
A moment just for you to relax and tune in.
I'd like you to think of a time maybe when you were a child and you received something truly amazing,
Maybe a gift or even a kind word from a parent or teacher and really tune in to how that makes you feel.
Does your heart feel warm and your being full?
Allow that sensation to travel throughout your whole body.
And now I want you to think about a time that you gave someone something that they absolutely adored,
Something you'd put a lot of thought into and really begin to see that person in front of you's response.
How did they look?
Can you tune in to the excitement they're feeling as well as the joy you've provided?
Giving and receiving is a flow of energy and without being able to receive,
This flow is blocked.
It's an energetic exchange between people and both are of equal importance in order for there to be balance.
As we move into the next part of our meditation,
I want you to visualise the centre of your chest,
Your heart chakra,
Being open and bright.
And as I repeat the following affirmations,
I want you to imagine that they're being drawn in through your heart chakra and deep into your being.
Place your hands facing upwards onto your lap or knees and take a nice deep breath in.
Feel the heart center begin to expand,
Breathing in and receiving beautiful life force energy.
As I say these affirmations,
I'd like you to repeat them back in your mind or out loud,
Whichever feels most comfortable for you.
And remember to imagine that they're being drawn in through your heart.
I am open to receive.
I deserve abundance in my life.
I enjoy the gifts life has to offer me.
I accept freely love and gratitude from others.
My life flows with ease.
Help from other people is a support to me.
Exciting things are coming my way.
Life loves me and provides everything I need.
I am worthy of love and affection.
Abundance is my natural state.
I am worthy of a positive cash flow.
Happiness flows freely to me and from me.
I love and accept all life has to offer me.
I love and accept all life has to offer me.
I love and accept all life has to offer me.
And now take in a breath and have a little half smile or full smile and breathe deeply in,
Anchoring all these affirmations into your body,
Mind and soul.
Take a moment just to enjoy this feeling and give gratitude and thanks to all the great things you have and are coming your way.
It's time to start saying yes with open arms.
Now I'm going to begin to grind you back into the present moment by taking a deep breath in and drawing that breath down through your body,
Into the base of your spine and down through your feet into the floor or onto the ground beneath you.
And again taking a nice deep grounding breath in becoming more aware of your environment and your surroundings.
And when you feel ready you can gently open your eyes and begin to say yes to what you deserve.
