Morning Meditation A beautiful morning practice to set you up for a day of positivity,
Joy and intention.
Beginning to bring awareness to our breath.
Using the breath as a focus,
As a way to not only release energy but to create energy within our body.
Deeply inhaling and deeply exhaling,
Releasing the old energy.
Breathing in and filling yourself up with new fresh energy.
Exhaling,
Detoxing,
Releasing the old.
Moving your breath now into a beautiful balanced rhythm.
Breathing in for four and out for four.
Beginning to create the sensation of balance within the body and mind.
Breathing in for four and out for four.
Continuing to breathe in this beautiful balanced way.
And as you breathe in this way I want you to begin to tap into a sensation of warmth and light.
Maybe even tilting your head up very slightly with your next inhale.
As if you can feel the warmth and energy of the sun on your face.
That glorious yellow light and energy.
Breathing in and smiling.
Maybe even feeling your skin tingle.
Your cells begin to awaken and your heart expand.
Thinking now of something that brings you happiness or that you're grateful for or something that brings you joy.
Maybe a smell,
A place in nature.
Or maybe even a person.
And connect with that sensations of joy and happiness within your body.
Drawing and attracting more happy experiences towards you.
Towards your day and life.
Noticing how your body feels as you think of that moments of happiness and joy.
Notice how your mind feels.
Breathing in that glorious energy.
Drawing the positivity and light closer and closer to you with each inhale.
Now bringing attention to your day ahead.
How do you wish to feel today?
Calm.
Energetic.
Joyous,
Happy.
Empowered or confident.
You can decide.
See yourself feeling that way.
Feel into that experience.
How do you look when you're happy or calm or confident?
It is within your reach and you get to decide how you wish your life to look.
When we approach our life with intention.
We're no longer stuck or helpless.
We're creating the day we desire.
Again feeling that yellow warm glow.
Feel it now washing over you from your head to your feet.
Your whole body radiating and vibrating with positive energy and light.
And shining that light out.
So that you can attract more positivity,
Health and happiness to flow to you.
Allowing others to recognize that they too can experience the sensation of happiness,
Positivity and joy.
Just by sharing,
By being close to you.
You attract loving and positive relationships and experiences within your day.
Now silently repeating.
In your mind.
