Let's begin your session.
So beginning to start straight away by breathing in for the count of three and out for the count of five.
Breathing in,
Two,
Three,
Exhale,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Breathing in for three,
Counting in your head,
Exhaling for five.
We're going to take a few more breaths in this way.
If your mind wanders,
Bring it back to the counting.
Now as you're breathing in,
I want you to visualize breathing in yellow light.
And as you breathe that in,
You draw that light all the way down into your tummy.
Breathing in yellow and exhaling yellow.
Beginning to see that yellow light build in your tummy like a big ball of light,
Igniting and energizing you from the inside out.
Drawing that breath into your tummy and seeing that yellow light to begin to expand.
So expanding from the tummy through the body so that the whole body is glowing and vibrating.
Seeing yourself now surrounded in this ball of yellow,
Golden light.
Knowing that you're vibrant,
That you're protected from negativity.
Gently smiling and thinking in your mind,
I am calm and in control.
Just repeating in your mind,
I am calm and in control.
Today is going to be a great day.

Breathing deeply,
Seeing yourself surrounded in that beautiful yellow,
Ready to embrace the day ahead.
