Let this powerful meditation guide you to explore and nurture the doubts and fears that arise as you consider taking action on what you'd like to create in your life. So take yourself away somewhere where you're not going to be disturbed for 15 minutes or so.

Put your phone on silent,

Making sure you've got time and space just for you.

Get yourself comfortable,

Close your eyes and start with some big,

Deep belly breaths.

Just letting go of all that you've been doing so far today,

With the out-breath releasing tension from your shoulders,

From your back of your neck,

Your scalp,

Your forehead,

Your face.

Letting go,

Letting any tension just run away off your back,

Running away through your legs.

Letting your mind relax,

It's not time to try and solve any problems or plan what you're doing later.

This is time and space for you,

Allowing your breath to return to normal,

And contemplate what you would really like to manifest or create or achieve or be in your life.

Can be a short-term or a long-term goal,

And then I want you to imagine that you are taking action on that thing that you'd like to create or manifest or be.

Imagine you're going to take action on that today,

Right after this meditation.

What feelings come up for you as you think about taking action,

Stepping in and moving toward what it is you want to create?

What are the feelings that come up in response to that?

Maybe there's fear,

Maybe there's doubt,

Maybe there's a sense of hopelessness or frustration.

Just sitting honestly with what arises as you imagine yourself taking action on what you'd like to create.

Letting the feelings come up and notice where they live in your body,

These feelings,

In your solar plexus,

Maybe in your heart,

Your throat,

Your tummy.

Don't be afraid to feel what's there,

Allow it and welcome it.

And if this feeling had a voice,

What would it be saying?

What thoughts,

Beliefs or narratives come out of this feeling?

And just listen to them,

No matter how silly they might be,

Listen to the feeling.

So we're sitting with a feeling and we're listening to the thoughts and the narratives and the beliefs coming out of that feeling.

Now let's ask ourselves,

Who's saying that?

These thoughts,

These beliefs,

This way of looking at things,

These doubts,

These fears,

Who's saying that?

Which part of my psyche is living in that energy?

Because these thoughts and feelings don't encompass the whole of what you are,

They are just a little part of your mind,

An experience passing through.

But which part of you is trapped in that feeling?

Which part of you thinks those things on a regular basis?

And let yourself be really creative and open here because in your mind's eye,

It's going to emerge a feeling,

A knowing or an image of that part of you who lives in this feeling,

That you're feeling,

Who always is thinking those thoughts.

Maybe it's an inner child part of you,

A younger you,

A teenage you,

Someone your age.

Let this part of you reveal themselves,

The one who is stuck in this feeling.

Start to know,

See and feel them now.

And there's no perfect way to do this and there is no wrong way to do this.

Flow with whatever seems to be coming to you and your imagination.

Having a good look at this part of you,

What age do they appear to be?

What does their posture tell you about them?

The expression on the face,

The clothes they are wearing and what they seem to be doing.

Now ask this part of you,

What do you need,

Dear one,

In order to feel safe and happy and comfortable with moving forward to manifest,

Create or be this thing that you want to be?

So now you've listened to what they need,

Imagine you're taking them by the hand and in your imagination now you're taking them to a sacred place where they feel the most connected to their source or to God or to the universe or to nature or to love or to life.

You could take them to a beautiful beach if that's where they feel the most connected and safe.

You could take them on top of a mountain with the most amazing view if that's where they feel the most connected to source.

You could take them to a church,

You could take them to a stone circle,

To a rainforest,

Whatever place you intuitively feel is right,

Imagine you're taking them there now.

And just being here helps them to feel a little bit better.

And as you look at this part of you,

Have compassion,

Let your heart open with caring towards this aspect of yourself who is suffering.

And imagine you're starting to pour love onto them from your heart.

Love,

Beams of love and light are starting to flow from your heart onto this aspect of yourself.

And they are receiving it in their own way.

And now imagine that from all around them,

Beams of love flowing in from the higher dimensions,

Flowing in from around their body,

From the earth even coming up into their body.

There is love pouring into them,

Not only from your heart but from all around them.

You can imagine angels if you like or spirit guides,

Whatever resonates with you.

But this aspect of yourself is being saturated with love from all around.

And imagine that through this love that is pouring into this aspect of yourself,

They are receiving everything they need in just the right way and that love is going to all the places it is needed within them.

Watch this part of you transform as they receive this love.

And now imagine that that part of you is becoming smaller and smaller and smaller.

Until they are so small that they can just stand in the palm of your hand.

And then place them in your heart,

Put them right in there into your heart center.

Where they are connected with you always.

Where they can be safe and loved.

And then imagine yourself moving towards this thing that you want to manifest,

Create or be.

And you are moving towards it with this part of you.

Connected,

Safe,

Loving,

Comfortable.

You are doing it together and you are helping each other.

Ok,

Well done.

It's time to come back.

So take a deep breath.

Notice how you feel now.

Remembering what day it is in the room you are in.

Wiggle your toes and your fingers.

Maybe have a little stretch and slowly bring yourself back to everyday.

Awareness.
