So getting comfortable and closing your eyes.
Taking some big deep breaths into the lower abdomen and bringing the breath up higher into the diaphragm,
The chest,
Right up into the collarbones before slowly releasing back out in the opposite direction,
Letting go deeply of everything you've been doing today and anything you have planned for later.
Breathing in deeply of this present moment.
Filling yourself up with this fresh new energy and letting go with the outbreath of tension from your muscles,
From your mind.
And one more big deep refreshing centering breath.
Picturing yourself now taking a walk somewhere exquisitely beautiful in nature.
It's the most perfect weather.
You're wearing comfortable clothing,
Your body feels good,
Feels healthy.
And as you walk there's this sense of time and space,
Just spaciousness around you,
Like you would feel on holiday with nothing on your calendar,
Nothing in your diary,
Nobody needing you,
Just time and space all around.
You can relax and just let your aura expand out into the beauty around you that you're visualizing.
Listening to the rhythmic sound that your footprints are making on the earth.
And any other sounds in your environment.
The air here is so fresh,
So clean,
It smells so good when you breathe it in.
And it's just opening your heart as you're enjoying this naturescape around you.
And you just can't help but think of little humble beautiful things that are happening in your life at the moment that you're truly grateful for.
Maybe a good friend,
An animal,
An opportunity that has just come in,
The ability to just walk and see.
Just everyday humble miracles.
Thinking of these.
You really are so lucky,
You really are so blessed.
And you've come so far in your life.
Feeling your heart center opening in gratitude.
And then you notice something has joined you and it is one of your animal friends.
Just being playful and open about what your feeling is coming to join you on this walk,
What animal.
And feeling your connection with this beautiful soul is a good friend.
Unconditional love flowing between the two of you.
And as the two of you continue this walk,
You notice up ahead of you there is a flight of stairs.
Leading up.
Intuitively you know this flight of stairs takes you up into the higher dimensions,
Up where your guides live.
And you're just really looking forward to this connection.
And so you start to ascend the stairs.
One by one with your animal friend.
And with every step up,
You let go a little bit more of any of those heavier emotions,
Feelings,
Any negativity.
It just starts falling away from your energy field for now.
As you're stepping up into bright,
Fresh,
New energy that feels like joy.
Feels like appreciation.
Feels like clarity.
And as you're going higher and higher,
You're stepping up and out of the mass consciousness of humanity.
The everyday ways that everybody thinks.
The limitations and negative beliefs and the whole paradigm that the mass consciousness of humanity creates.
Believes in.
You're stepping up these stairs up and out of the hum of the mass consciousness.
And into quiet.
Into peace and silence.
Nothing here but the beating of your open heart,
The feelings of joy,
Openness,
Appreciation,
And your animal with you.
And obviously the scenery is changing as you're getting higher and higher.
And just up a little bit further,
You can see the top of the steps.
Right at the top,
There's a beautiful archway that you'll need to walk through.
But before you can go through,
You'll need to let go of any of those negative emotions.
Any armor that you've placed over your heart to protect you,
But which is now causing a distance between you and love or you and the light.
So before you step through this archway,
You take off this armor and you put it down declaring,
It is safe for me to feel love,
To receive love.
It is safe for me to know.
It's safe for me to see.
And then you and your animal walking through this beautiful archway into this celestial realm where your guides live.
And as you and your animal pass through this archway,
Your animal transforms into human form.
Into one of your beloved teachers,
Guides,
Companion,
Soul family.
And unless there is another guide around you that feels like a stronger connection,
Taking the hands of your guide,
Taking their hands and yours,
They take your hands and theirs.
And you are looking at each other in the eyes.
And remembering the love between the two of you,
Your friendship.
The respect between the two of you.
And both of your hearts start getting very warm,
Very tingly,
Very activated.
And they're shining towards each other.
Your heart shining towards your guide's heart,
Your guide's heart shining back towards your heart.
And there's this connection happening,
Heart to heart.
Focusing on that heart to heart connection.
Bringing the mind down into the heart.
And just whatever is most pertinent for you to know right now that your guide wants to communicate will just start to be felt and known by you as you stay in this heart to heart connection.
So I'm going to leave you now for a few minutes to be open to messages coming as you stay down there in the heart.
And for you to ask any questions on the top of your mind.

I'll just give you a few moments to tidy up this conversation.
And you and your guide pass through the archway again.
Your guide turns back into animal form,
Your beloved friend at your side.
Coming down the stairs with you.
Consciously bringing down from those higher realms the things that you want to integrate and remember in your everyday waking state.
And as you're walking down,
You just start to fantasize about what it will look like as you integrate this into your everyday life,
Playing little movies of how you would be different.
And coming down,
Down,
Down.
Back to your nature,
Place,
Your beautiful walk that you were on.
Looking at the earth around you again,
Feeling your connection with Mother Earth.
Maybe sending some roots down into the earth and just grounding yourself.
And this animal of yours is becoming smaller and smaller and smaller.
So small that it can sit in the palm of your hand.
And then placing it in your heart to be with you always.
Just a little shift in consciousness away at any time.
And just starting to remember where you are,
What day it is today,
Roughly the time.
Being aware of your physical form,
Wiggling your toes and your fingers.
Taking a deep breath and maybe having a little stretch and opening your eyes when you're ready.
