This is a simple, short grounding meditation practice focussing on conscious breathing. It was recorded from a live session. This approach can be modified and brought into every day living, to last as long or as short as timeframe as you have within your gift. I usually start our weekly community meditation in person session with this simple dropping into ourselves practice every Thursday, 17:45-18:45 at the Arthur Conan Doyle Centre in Edinburgh, so please do come along and join us if you're in our area, it would be wonderful to see you.
