Breath is where we return. Not to escape life, but to meet it. To meet ourselves. My work is rooted in deep rest, regulation and honest presence. I guide meditations that are trauma-aware, spacious and grounded in the body. There is no striving here, no hierarchy of enlightenment, no pressure to become something other than you are. Instead, we practise staying. Listening. Allowing the nervous system to soften at its own pace. I am interested in the quiet strength of being with what is. In the kind of rest that is not collapse, but reconnection. In remembering that your breath already knows the way. You are not here to fix yourself. You are here to inhabit yourself.
