My current contemplation as part of my spiritual practice daily is reading a book by Paul Selig.
It's called Beyond the Known Realization.
And as always I just open it up and I read something and today what I read is infusing what we're about to do in terms of meditation.
This is what I opened up to today.
Paul Selig is a channeler,
Just so you know.
He's pretty profound.
So his guides are asking everyone to decide today,
This day,
That the life you've lived and as you've lived it is completing.
And in completion there's great opportunity.
And what that means is that the present and the future are no longer decided by the past.
And the reclamation of the new may be claimed by you in specific ways.
So when you decide anew and when you realize what you experienced was historical,
Meaning it's your history.
When you realize that your life that was,
Is currently completing is now your history,
It's historical,
I'm paraphrasing Paul right now.
The data of history may not be relevant to the moment you now stand in because the moment you stand in is your true inheritance.
How you claim any moment in abiding grace is to realize who is claiming the experience.
Is it your small self or your divine self?
The divine that is ever present as you in fact seeks to infuse every moment of your expression so that you may realize as your expression the manifestation of the divine.
Okay,
Kind of heady stuff,
Yeah?
So as I was reading this this morning,
Curious to see what the meditation would be,
I kept hearing flashpoint,
Flashpoint,
Flashpoint.
And what,
As I leaned into that,
What I realized is every time we get to create our life,
Right,
And that's in every moment,
In every moment,
There is a completion and a beginning,
Right?
An ending and an opening,
An opportunity.
And for me,
And there's some people,
Many people I know,
I this time was born as a Scorpio.
And Scorpio's being a phoenix.
And that means that they have a certain,
They do a certain thing or they have a certain section of their life.
And then it seems like everything is closing down,
Falling apart,
Breaking open,
However you want to phrase it.
And then the phoenix comes out anew.
And it seems to me coming out of this time of lockdown,
Having a flashpoint,
Recognizing that what was is your history now,
Being in isolation or whatever your experience was,
Sheltering at home,
Having fun with family or not with anybody,
Whatever that is,
That's part of your history now.
It doesn't define you.
It doesn't define you.
And in the flashpoint of it,
In the burning up and coming through the fire aspect as a phoenix does,
There is a new grace,
A new beauty,
A new opportunity to be more of who you are,
To be more of that divine light,
That divine love.
And again,
We're going to be exploring that in Are You a Light Leader workshop starting July 7th.
So I think that's enough preamble about what we're going to do today.
I can't wait to see what's going to happen.
Could be fun.
Yeah.
OK,
So let's just get grounded in where we are.
So let's just take a deep breath.
And another breath,
Just breathing into that heart space.
Activating the divine wisdom and light that you are.
And then just put your attention on the bottom of your feet.
And send down into the earth,
Down to the center of the earth,
These deep,
Beautiful,
Vibrant green roots.
Just allowing those roots to go as deep as they can.
And then on another breath,
Pulling up that vital earth energy.
Up those roots,
Pulling that energy with the breath up into the body system,
Going up through the feet.
Ankles,
Legs,
Knees,
Hips,
Feeling that vitality of the earth just filling every system as it moves into your torso.
Filling your heart.
Filling your solar plexus.
And then feel that earth energy coming up into the throat chakra.
Feeling it moving in the shoulders,
Loosening anything that needs to be loosened.
And moving out through the arms and the fingertips.
And breathing it again up into the brain system.
That green vital earth energy activating all the new synapses that have grown there.
And breathing it up through the crown chakra.
Up and over,
Cascading like a water fountain.
Yeah.
And so now that we're grounded here and now.
I want you to imagine yourself surrounded in a beautiful rose gold bubble of light.
Chilling up and filling up with rose gold light.
And taking a breath.
We're going to do a couple of flash points about our personal history today.
So I want you to take a moment to check in with yourself.
Seeing a moment in your personal history where there was anger or fear.
Where there was shame or guilt.
And just take a moment in your protective rose gold bubble just to see it.
If it activates the feelings,
That's okay.
Just know you are safe.
And then see that moment in your history as moving outside of you,
Out of your brain,
Out of your body system energetically.
And just see it ignite a flash point.
And in that fiery ignition,
It becomes nothing.
No thing.
Nothing that can anchor you in the past.
Good.
And as that flame extinguishes,
Begin to see that place of non-attachment,
Of emptiness,
Of no thing in your personal history.
That can hold you back from the new opportunities that your present and your future are providing for you.
Good.
And then taking another breath.
Think about re-entering the world after this lockdown.
And if you've been out,
Just notice were you downloading other people's fear?
Or is there anger?
Perhaps you were involved in protests.
Just feel that again.
Noticing that this is another part of your personal history.
Maybe it's negative feelings involved with somebody in your past,
A family member,
A friend.
And just notice it again if the feelings become real,
Seeming.
Just notice.
And then with another breath,
We're going to ignite that flash point.
So just allowing it to take whatever those feelings are that are truly of your past because it's not in this moment,
And allow that flame to ignite.
Burning up all of that past,
All of that historical feeling.
And again,
As you see that flame extinguish,
Just notice out of the ashes again arises your new life.
Where you have choice points.
Where you are able to co-create.
And in this new place,
Allow yourself to feel that detachment from your past.
Taking a breath,
It's all ancient history now.
And one more time.
Finding another place that may still be keeping you stuck in your past.
Knowing that as we move forward,
We are creating new life.
We are rising out of the ashes.
So pick another place where it might still be painful or it holds you stuck.
And just breathe into that,
Allowing the feelings,
Noticing or watching that movie experience of that past thing in your life.
And again,
We're going to ignite that flash point.
And allow all of that just to wither away and burn in that beautiful flame.
The Phoenix flame.
And as that flame begins to extinguish,
Again,
Notice the beauty from within.
That divine within you that is creating your new life with you.
Begin to feel that beauty.
Breathing it,
Allowing it to be part of who you are because it was already there.
We just had to burn away the old.
So allowing what already exists within you to begin to flourish as a phoenix does rising out of the ashes,
Flourishing.
And claim for yourself what that is,
Who you are now.
I know I claim kindness.
I claim freedom.
I claim happiness.
Humility.
This is what I claim as I recognize that this is my soul.
That has always been here within me.
And the beauty of that is I get to live from this place yet again as a phoenix rising out of the ashes,
Rising out of the isolation.
So take a moment to claim who you are and always have been.
As this beautiful phoenix coming out of the ashes.
Just know in the recognition and claiming,
It anchors it more in your consciousness.
And breathing,
Breathing that in what you're claiming and breathing it out.
Breathing it in.
And in the newness of this life within you.
Say to yourself,
I am that.
I am that which I am claiming.
I am that.
I am that.
And just begin to feel it energetically restructuring your body system,
Your mental and emotional systems,
The brain system.
I am that.
And knowing that the personal history that you have is in the past.
We've just released a lot of it as we burned it up in that flashpoint.
And as the phoenix rises.
This is the new right now.
Today.
This is your future right now.
Today.
And whatever you claimed is now seeding in this moment.
In your life.
So that as you come out into the new world.
You are better than when you went in.
Coming out better than ever.
So taking another deep breath.
Begin to allow all the energetic.
Vibrational changes within you.
To anchor.
To happen.
As you go forward in this day today.
Allow the new you the future of your life to blossom.
And take root.
And know that the past has no hold on you.
Whatever.
So breathing yourself back into your body.
Back into this place this time.
Feeling your feet firmly on the ground.
Allowing your heart to remain open.
Coming back to now.
Right here.
Right now.
