Good morning,
Good afternoon.
So let's jump straight in.
And towards the body.
Let's begin with counting the breaths.
It is just an alternative to the mantra that we often use.
And do for the first few minutes.
So at the end of each out breath.
Up to 10.
And you start again at one.
Do it quietly inside.
To settle the system.
The nervous system.
Particularly.
Just joined as we're just counting the breaths at the end of each out breath.
And out,
Too.
3 up to 10.
And start again.
If you lose your way,
It's okay,
Just start back at one.
It doesn't matter.
Start a competition with yourself.
When you feel ready you can drop the counting.
Now let's pick it up again,
That other mantra.
And let yourself be there.
Just be the feeling.
The feeling sense,
The seeing sense.
Just be the breath.
Coming back to feeling the body.
Hearing the birds of the traffic.
Feeling the breath.
Doesn't matter.
And relax.
There's nothing to attain.
To relief.
Be frustrated with yourself.
Then you're setting up yourself.
To reach something,
A certain state.
Drop that.
I should be free from thinking now.
It's rubbish.
Where are you right now?
Anybody has a question?
Stand over and chat or unmute yourself There's something about Dorothy.
From yesterday or the day before.
About the closed door,
The room.
Austerity is the seeker.
We're all seeking,
And that's Dorothy.
Or seeking freedom,
Peace,
Whatever.
But we think it's elsewhere.
That's the lock door.
This is not it.
This can't be it.
And being hypnotized.
The locked doors,
Expectations,
They're all linked to the same thing.
This is not it.
This can't be it when I've got.
.
.
Trauma,
Whatever.
I was saying we shouldn't get help with it.
If needed.
Got too many issues.
As you lock door to belief.
Amen.
Dorothy finally relaxed.
She'd done all her workshops.
Travel around the world finding gurus.
She sat in front of the door and just relaxed.
Realized the door was open.
Always being open.
She walked through the door,
The doorway.
Where did you find the cell?
Back in the kitchen.
Or in the dishes.
It's wonderful.
All these ideas.
We're just drunk on ideas.
And most books,
And I'll be frank,
I'll just be frank,
Most workshop you go to will reinforce it.
I've done it.
I've actually reinforced it for people.
And I've had it reinforced in myself.
This one more workshop.
Or more brush shadow work.
I'm not saying don't do it.
Until you see that The belief in your thought is the primary problem.
It will never end.
Or neuroscientist called,
Or the self-centered thinking that we have,
Just mental flatulence.
These neurons flicking off.
That's all there,
That's all that's happening.
Just mental thoughts,
That's all they are.
And we think there's something really profound in them.
Bollocks.
It's a brilliant tool.
A necessary one.
The vast majority of our troubles.
Comes from the mental world and we know it.
Not saying there aren't challenges in life,
But the men from Wilkins.
Not be helpful even then.
That's the second dagger.
First dagger is the challenge happens,
Something unfortunate happens.
The second dagger is all the mental storytelling.
Okay.
That's it for today.
And the we.
