Good morning,
Good afternoon,
Good evening.
Well this morning.
Whenever you're listening to this.
So we're going to begin with a loving kindness.
Now we move on to a just sitting.
So just take a few deep breaths,
Allow yourself to arrive.
.
.
Here in the body.
And presence.
And then just taking your attention to your heart centre.
Leave your heart center.
How the face,
What would the face look like?
Would you be content with this?
Would be a frown.
It will be a sad face.
You're spending some time in the heart center.
Just a kind of settling in.
Familiarizing.
There's a feeling of being scared or anxious.
Whatever.
Welcome it.
Wish you could.
Imagineer.
A reassuring pair of hands on your shoulders.
It's resting there,
It's okay.
That's what they're saying.
If that works for you.
Put your hand on your heart if you wish.
And just drop in these words quietly.
May I be happy.
May I be well.
And just rest in the heart.
You wander off,
It's okay.
With kindness we just wander back.
May I find peace and contentment.
Just drop them in.
Just wishing ourself well because we can.
As you just feel what's here,
Give it space.
I would like you to welcome a good friend into the heart space.
See what happens.
I'm a good friend.
Have a sense of their life and.
.
.
Some of their troubles,
In order to have them.
May be worries or fears.
May you be well.
May you be happy.
Make a gesture of kindness to them if you wish.
Kiss on the cheek.
Or their hand,
Whatever.
Just a smile.
We have our self.
A good friend.
For every living being must be free from pain and danger.
Our dog Banky wants to be free from pain.
He's lost his sight.
Linda,
One of our friends,
Her dog,
Is in the vet right now.
At Wish Hamish Well.
And all the animals.
Pets.
That might be suffering right now,
Might be in pain.
May they be all well and happy.
You may have a pet yourself,
Or no one.
Everything.
Be free from pain and danger.
Just drop it in.
Stay in the heart center.
Nothing needs to happen.
Which is planting seeds.
In all those beings that may not be very nice to us at times,
They just want to be happy.
And we take a deep breath perhaps.
And we let that practice go.
And we just sit.
Literally.
Just sit in presence.
Feeling the body.
Feel the breath if you wish.
And help steady the attention.
Or a light touch.
Where are you right now?
No judgments.
Just patience and kindness.
Just checking that you've not tensed up in pursuit of some idea some desire for calm or whatever.
Calm is already here.
So drop the triangle.
Tune into the silence.
And I don't mean it has to be.
An absence of sound.
That relaxes the body.
Where is your attention right now?
OK.
That brings us to the end of this session,
A little stretch That's it,
Thank you guys.
