Welcome to your guided meditation,
Speak Your Truth.
This meditation will help you heal and open the throat chakra,
Which is the center of your personal expression.
In this meditation,
We will release blocks,
Blocks that are keeping you from feeling the truth and expressing your own truth.
We will take time to ground those blocks and draw in energy that will allow you and empower you to feel confident in expressing your individuality,
Your uniqueness,
Your power,
And your purpose.
Let's begin by taking a breath,
Inhaling and exhaling,
Letting it go.
Arriving fully in this moment,
Becoming aware of your energy and noticing if you're holding on to any tension,
Anticipation,
Or activity from your day.
Let's take a breath,
Inhale and exhale.
Notice any stress or tension or concerns.
Let it flow away.
We'll begin in the heart space and taking three heart breaths to center ourselves in love and self-compassion.
So let's breathe in love through the back of the heart,
Infuse the heart,
And exhale out compassion.
Breathing in love through the back of your heart and exhaling out pure compassion for yourself during this meditation.
Breathing in love and breathing out compassion.
If there are ever any times you felt held back,
Like you couldn't speak up or express yourself in the right way,
Allow that to gently leave your body,
Any sense of regret.
Just releasing it down.
The way we're going to release past energies and blocks that are keeping us from having an open throat chakra is just to ground to the earth.
So imagine you have a grounding cord that's extending from your tailbone into the earth.
You can make it a big grounding cord,
Like a tree trunk with roots going deep into the earth,
Wrapping around the center of the earth,
And just allowing yourself to let go of anything you don't need into the molten lava,
The earth's core.
Allow it to transform,
Recycle there.
So we'll go through different layers,
Maybe some you'll resonate with and some you won't.
Allow yourself to gently listen and relax.
As we let go of limiting beliefs,
Thoughts,
And emotions.
So releasing the emotion of guilt,
Letting go of any feelings of guilt,
Especially when you want to have space for yourself to create for yourself.
The guilt is letting it flow down into the earth and noticing when it does come up and keeps you from speaking the truth,
When you feel guilty for saying what you want and what you need,
And it's okay to let that go.
As well as shame or embarrassment for saying what you need to say,
Releasing any shame or embarrassment,
Responsibility for other people.
Shame and embarrassment for saying what you need,
What you want,
What you know to be true,
Or even just sharing your own unique perspective.
Letting go of the need to always accommodate others,
Please,
And respond to others.
Letting go of any fear,
Fear of being punished or judged,
Criticized,
Persecuted for speaking your truth,
Allowing this to release with love and compassion just flows easily to Mother Earth who is holding you in this healing meditation,
Allowing a visual of unconditional love like golden light pour over you as you release some of these lower energies.
Taking this time now to release any blocks to your own creative purpose.
You don't even really need to know what those blocks are,
Simply having the intention to release any creative blocks to your divine expression,
Your unique divine expression.
Using any blocks to strong emotions that it's okay to get in touch with all of your emotions.
When we're honest about how we feel,
We connect to the truth which represents the throat chakra,
Being in touch with truth and clarity,
Being honest about what you feel emotionally,
Good,
Bad,
Ugly,
Crazy,
Wild,
Whatever it may be that you have full permission to feel anything that's true for you.
This is your emotional power to manifest being in touch with your emotions,
Your creativity and also your perceptions of your third eye or your intuition.
So being able to express your intuition,
Being connected,
Your pure intuitive self,
Saying it's okay to express my emotions,
Okay to express my ideas,
Okay to express my thoughts,
It's safe to express myself.
I am safe and I am grounded.
I am secure within myself and know that no harm can come to me.
Perhaps the greatest harm is in our own self-censorship,
Our own lack of permission.
Knowing that you are empowered and only you in speaking and sharing your truth.
We'll take time to release all forms of denial anytime you have denied yourself from even acknowledging your own truth and your own desires,
Your own perceptions and any times you withheld the truth from yourself in order to protect yourself.
And this includes denial of people and situations where you might have seen red flags.
Even though you had an awareness of the truth,
It's okay to connect directly.
It's okay and it's safe to connect directly to all truths and realities,
Even if they're disappointing or hurtful or not ideal.
Our practice of meditation opens us up to the awareness of truth and that it's safe to know and express the truth.
You can continue as having complete honesty within yourself about everything,
No matter how it looks or sounds,
That you have the permission to be totally honest.
We'll close with embracing our own needs and desires so that we can respond in a healthy way to other people's needs and desires.
Start taking this time to imagine flowing your desire through your throat.
Let it come up from the second chakra,
Creative desire,
And just allow it to start there.
What is your creative desire?
Just allow it to gently flow up through the second chakra and the third chakra.
It's okay if it feels tense or like it's not flowing all the way,
It will flow.
Just allow it to gently move up through the solar plexus,
The center of your will,
Power,
And self-esteem.
Let it come up through the heart with love.
Twirl with love.
Find conditional love and come up through the heart and the throat.
The lighting of the throat with a bright,
Beautiful blue light.
Starting from the throat and gently say to yourself from deep in your womb,
In your gut,
What it is you want to create.
And it's okay to say,
I want,
I need,
However it feels comfortable to you.
Breathe it in,
Breathe it out.
Pay it to yourself three more times with all your energy,
Your emotions,
And your love.
Taking this time to reclaim our voice,
Our center of expression.
By imagining,
Drawing all the energy,
If you ever had any fragmented energy from past hurts or betrayals,
Times where you were punished,
You're going to now draw any energy that was lost and draw it back into your throat chakra like a magnetized sun of energy.
And say,
I claim back my own true voice.
I reclaim my voice,
My expression,
My power.
And my purpose.
Feel it and see it.
Draw it towards the throat and then let it extend up and down through all of the other chakras like a beautiful beam of light.
I reclaim and express my whole self.
Finding your truth,
Your power,
Your intention,
Your emotions,
And your mind as one.
