Welcome to your guided meditation abundance of time and space.
This is for people who would like to meditate on their relationship to time and space.
If you're someone who feels constantly pressed or rushed for time this is a great meditation to help you tap in and open up your perspective of time and space.
So let's now find a comfortable position where we can begin our guided practice.
Allow yourself to become steady and centered in your seat.
A wonderful way to focus in our practice is to become aware of our center and being energetically centered.
Notice what happens when you give yourself permission to drop in to ground yourself to the earth and allow yourself to become wonderfully centered with ease as if grace is just flowing through you all by itself.
You don't have to do anything simply having the intention to be centered with each breath allowing your body to become more open and relaxed.
Take this time to listen to your in-breath and your out-breath.
You'll receive a series of meditation coaching questions and this is intended to be a relaxed and open experience.
You don't have to think or analyze when you're contemplating these questions.
Simply become aware of the first intuitive thought that arises.
The first question is what is your relationship to time?
You feel that you have enough time,
That there's never enough time.
Notice your current feelings and beliefs about time.
Breathing into your center,
Staying connected to your body and your breath.
Notice if you have feelings of ease or stress with time.
How often you might even feel stress or anxiety about time.
Just let yourself become compassionately aware of anything that you're feeling or experiencing.
When you feel that time is limited,
How does that affect your sense of space?
Most especially the space within yourself.
Notice in your body what you feel when you don't have enough time,
Enough space.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Being present,
Letting that go and allow yourself to tune in to what it's like when you feel an abundance of time like you have all the time in the world.
Imagine now that you have plenty of space and time and notice how you feel.
Notice even if it feels accessible to you to have enough space and time to do what you want,
To do what you enjoy,
With whom you love.
Notice your true experience.
Notice how a sense of presence allows you to connect to an abundant feeling of time and space.
And we'll close just by asking what would I like to have more time and space for?
Notice what arises naturally and we'll close with the intention of an abundance of time and space.
Closing with a sense of eternal being.
Your infinite eternal being.
I am infinite.
I am eternal.
I have as much time and space as the entire universe.
Notice what empowers you to connect to an abundance of time and space even as you're going about your daily life.
Remembering to connect.
Remembering to give ourselves the time and space we truly need to grow and thrive.
Blessings.
Namaste.
