When we feel like the cells of our being are disorganized,

That's like a state of dis-ease,

Right?

And then health is kind of this feeling of,

You know,

Everything's together and centered and balanced.

That's the energy state that we're going for when we practice meditation,

Is this connected,

Coherent,

Balanced energy state.

And let's go ahead and prepare for meditation.

Wherever you are finding a comfortable seat.

I'm just taking a few cleansing breaths,

Breathing in and exhaling out any stress or tension,

Activity from your day to day.

Breathing in new energy and exhaling out any old or stagnant energy,

Letting it go easily,

Effortlessly.

So before we practice grounding,

Let yourself open up the observer perspective.

See if you can just see yourself sitting in the room,

Being the observer.

And this helps for visualization because in visualization,

We're not really doing anything.

We simply have the intention and then visualize it occurring.

So when you open up the observer perspective,

It opens up this spaciousness of awareness,

An awareness that this is just happening and you're observing it happening.

You don't have to do anything to make it happen.

You're just observing the movement of energy and the flow of energy.

Good,

So just opening up this compassionate awareness of yourself and everybody in the group.

Now imagine from this place of observation where you don't have to do anything,

Being grounded.

So just imagine you've got a big grounding cord that extends from your physical body.

It's the size of your physical body and it goes deep,

Deep,

Deep down into the earth,

To the core of the earth,

With roots wrapping around the core at least three times.

So just see that wrap around three,

Two,

One.

And as you wrap those roots around and observe this process happening,

Notice how you feel.

Notice how you feel when you imagine being deeply rooted to the center of the earth.

And it's just there,

It's effortless and through this grounding,

Just release from your body wherever you're holding some extra tension,

Just pick one place in your body.

And in that place in your body,

Just imagine releasing like a dark gentle water,

Energy flowing from that area,

And just being really,

Really relaxed.

And just releasing from that area down through your body,

Through that base chakra at the root of your spine,

Right at the perineum,

And then flowing right back down into the earth's core.

So if there's any places that have stress or tension,

Just releasing energy like a dark water,

You're letting it flow into the earth where it gets recycled and regenerated,

Letting go of any fear or worry,

Any problems or potential problems,

Other people's problems,

And releasing other people's energy.

So even people we love,

We're just gonna let go of holding on to other people's energy and our energy.

And notice what this feels like as you just make the intention and observe the energy movement.

So now pick a second place in your body where you have a little bit of tension or restriction,

It can be anywhere,

But just let it flow in your body.

So you can just let it flow in your body.

And then you can just let it flow in your body.

So you can just let it flow in your body.

So imagine that you're breathing in a little bit more space and then you'll exhale and then allow your exhale as you breathe out for the energy to move down into the grounding cord,

Back into the earth.

Two more breaths like that,

Breathe in some space there.

And then you're gonna let it flow in your body and let it flow in your body.

Two more breaths like that,

Breathe in some space there.

Energetically release.

It's actually very subtle.

You don't have to use any manpower or anything around this.

It's just subtle release.

Breathe in some softness there again in space.

And release it with grace.

And you can keep focusing on the energy and you can keep focusing on that area or move to one last area that we'll focus on.

Give yourself permission to fully release the past.

And let go of the future,

All future plans and expectations,

Concerns about the future,

Things beyond your control,

Just letting them go for now.

Allowing your attention to rest in this present moment.

Maintaining this open sense of awareness and the perception of yourself.

Again,

Focusing on a third place in your body that could use a little bit more flow and fluidity.

Breathe in space into that area,

Some energy,

And then exhale any tension into the earth,

Like a dark,

Gentle water.

Just being present and patient with these releases.

And if you don't feel anything,

That's okay too.

Now you're going to drop the earth's energy to resource and release extra toxins.

So imagine drying up the earth energy,

Really nourishing soil,

Drying it up through the bottoms of your feet into your legs,

Reaching up to the ankles,

The lower legs,

The knees,

The upper legs,

And cycling this earth energy up through your spine and the core of your body,

Including all your energy centers flowing through and clearing out any blockages or stuck energy.

And it's moving through your shoulders and your arm channels,

All the bones and cells and muscles of your body.

The connective tissue is just loosening and opening any stuck areas up through the back of the neck,

Skull and jaw,

In between the teeth and the back of the throat and the tongue,

Coming back in through the chest,

The heart,

Moving down into the inner organs,

Nourishing and supporting all your inner organs,

Coming back through your spine and then using this earth energy to wash through all the energy surrounding you out into your aura,

Which is the space about a foot out beyond your physical body,

And then just coming back to your center in this moment and finding stillness,

Surrendering to stillness and observing yourself being still and noticing here if you feel a sense of steadiness and clear awareness.

Allowing yourself,

Observing yourself,

Being completely grounded and connected with the earth,

With nature,

With all the cosmos around you,

Being in the center of your body,

Being in the center of your body,

And all of you being in harmony with yourself and your heart.

And we'll close by bringing in rejuvenating golden sun energy right above our crown.

This is your own essence,

Your spirit,

And you're gathering up your energy 100% in present time.

If you left your energy anywhere,

Gave it away to people or places or things,

You will gather it up now,

Right above your crown,

And allow this beautiful golden sun of your own vibration and essence fill you up from the inside out.

Just allowing it to come in like a warm,

Golden honey,

A honeydew that's moving through your spine,

Your energy centers,

Relaxing through your muscles,

Your bones,

Filling you up with the most nourishing,

Uplifting,

Loving energy,

Your spiritual energy,

So that you're sitting in an orb of your own golden light.

And there may be some areas where you can fill in more of your energy and flow it through your body and the area around your body,

Just giving those areas a little bit of extra love and attention.

And take this moment to balance your energy through your intention by simply observing your energy become more and more through your intention by simply observing your energy becoming balanced.

You don't have to do anything,

Just allowing your intention of balance to happen through your awareness.

Take this deep sense of groundedness and stillness,

Connection and flow with you for the rest of your day today.

Take care of yourself and your heart,

Take care of those things that are important to your spirit and nourishing your spirit.

May we all have true peace,

May we all have health and deep well-being,

And may we surround the entire earth and all of its inhabitants with a warm golden light of pure love and compassion.

For true healing and growth.
