Who the heck is lovely?
Lovely is my higher self that I tune into through meditation.
She is one of the many ways I get released from this illusion of life.
Yes,
Life is one big illusion.
So why are you here?
What can I give you?
I can give you a higher perspective from a higher frequency and be a constant reminder that you are much more than this 3D reality.
That's what lovely and I are offering.
I hope you stick around for a moment to raise your frequency.
So lovely said it's okay to jump into different realities.
Just remember to come home.
So now that you know who lovely is,
I meditate and she comes and she speaks to me.
And I think we sometimes get caught up in,
You know,
Good realities or bad realities or good situations or bad situations or this circumstance is good and this circumstance is not good.
And it's really important to know that you are jumping yourself into those different perspectives,
Those different realities.
Now,
When lovely gave me this information,
I didn't quite know what she meant at first when she said,
Just make sure you come back home.
I love her.
Isn't she so freaking like,
Amazing?
Like,
This is how she talked.
Just make sure you come back home.
Like,
Come on now,
Lovely.
I'm coming home.
But home is the self.
Home is when you are connected with your body,
And you are not allowing your mind to go other places.
So you are not in the past,
You are not in the future,
You are actually home,
You are actually present with the physical body,
Because wherever you are in this moment,
You should be there,
Your mind should be there.
Of course,
Our mind goes all types of places.
But we are then taking ourselves emotionally in a different reality.
So if you want to think about what are you doing tomorrow,
Or you have to go pick up this or you're stressed because of that,
Or thank God it's Friday,
Because I won't have to go to work or whatever it is that you're thinking about in a future tense,
You're not home.
And that's what I got most out of lovely message.
But I love that she said,
You can go to a good reality or bad reality.
Because sometimes you take your mind to a dark place that you don't want to be,
It would be very welcoming to come home.
You know,
It's like a little girl who runs away,
And she's been gone for so long,
She's kind of afraid to go home,
But the situations are so terrible.
And so lovely saying like,
Come on home,
Come on home,
You don't have to think those dark thoughts,
You don't have to go into those dark realities.
But we do.
And that is how we are always getting ourselves trapped in the illusion,
Trapped in the illusion that these are problems that we have to solve,
Trapped in the illusion that where our mind is with that particular thought that we're there to that we are in that bad place as well.
So that's how we often get trapped right away.
So this podcast is a little bit different,
Because you know,
I'm talking to my higher self.
I mean,
Um,
Yeah,
I'm a black girl from the projects,
I have not worked for anyone in six years,
Just to give you a little history.
So you're talking to someone who actually practice following my higher consciousness,
We all have it.
And that's what I want this podcast to be about.
I want this podcast to be an open relationship for you to not be afraid not to be shy,
But to openly search for your higher consciousness,
The highest version of you,
All of you is not here.
Right?
All of you are not home.
This was so amazing.
I would like to do a really quick meditation.
If you're not in a place to actually close your eyes,
Keep your eyes open.
I do a lot of open eye meditation,
We will talk about that a lot,
Maybe so much that it will probably become annoying.
I'm not sure.
But if you're not in a predicament to close your eyes,
Keep them open.
And just be here.
Whatever he is for you.
Be there.
Look at something on your body.
And say,
I am in a body.
And I am right here.
I am not those problems.
I'm not those situations.
I am not my family.
I am here.
I am an infinite being that is right here.
That is right here.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.

Really hard to make the time to make the effort to put this out there because I think we all need these moments of slowing down.
And I also think a lot of people think they are doing meditation wrong.
And so I'm going to show you the way to do it.
I'm going to show you that you can do it all the time.
I'm going to show you that you can reach higher spiritual beings.
Like you don't have to be a channeler.
We are all tuned in.
We are all energy.
Okay.
And so I want everyone to know this.
I want anyone who feels lost or feels confused or feel like I've been trying this meditation thing and it's not quite working out.
Like I'm kind of getting it,
But then in the middle of the day,
I'm falling apart.
I want you to know that you can go there anytime,
Every time it's always available to you.
You can always go back home.
