Start by awakening your body.

Rub your legs.

Intertwine your fingers to connect.

This is a simple moment in time.

A moment to align with your highest vibration.

Relax.

Get comfortable.

Whenever you are ready,

Close your eyes.

Face your hands upwards to receive this meditation.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Let go.

Let go of the pain.

Let go of the previous moment.

Let go of all doubt.

You are enough.

The baggage is so heavy.

It weighs on your heart.

Free your heart.

Free your mental.

Let go.

Breathe in.

Let go of the expectations.

Let go of the need to be right.

Let go of the fear of being wrong.

Let go of the trauma.

Just be.

Just be right here in this moment.

Don't hold on.
