Intertwine your fingers,
Move your neck around.
When you are ready,
Close your eyes.
Get comfortable.
Face your hands upwards to receive this meditation.
There is no need to rush.
There is nothing you have to do.
Your soul will be here for eternity.
You never get it done.
Enjoy your moments.
Enjoy the journey.
It's all happening for your better good.
Take your time.
Take your time living the experience.
Take your time shifting through all types of possibilities.
You don't have to rush.
It's all getting done.
It's okay.
Take a deep breath in.
Let it out slowly.
Feel your body.
Feel yourselves moving around.
Taking their time.
Your stomach going up and down as you breathe with a perfect flow.
Your body is digesting food you may have eaten.
Nothing is rushing.
Everything is growing with the perfect speed.
You are on your journey.
You are growing.

You don't have to worry that you won't be there on time.
You are always perfectly on time.

No one can take it from you.
