I would like to share a tool with you that can immediately bring you back into the present moment.

The present moment is where your power resides.

It's where the trees are.

It's where the wind blows.

It's where the ocean roars.

And it's the only place Source creates from.

I like to call the present moment home.

So whenever your thoughts and your energy is in the past,

You are not home.

If you are planning and stuck in the future,

You are also not home.

So here's the one question that can bring you home.

That question is,

Where am I physically?

So let's go home together right now.

Ask yourself,

Where am I physically?

And now look around.

See where you are.

Acknowledge this is the only moment you have.

Look at something on your body.

Look at the space of the room you're in.

If your mind is anywhere but right there with your physical body,

You are not home.

You are not in the present moment.

I hope this guided message from my Higher Self aligns with you.

Let's prepare for meditation as we spend a moment at home.

Go ahead and get comfortable.

You can gently close your eyes when you're ready.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

You are breathing right now.

Not in yesterday.

Not in the future.

You are finally home right now.

In this now moment,

You don't have a story in the past.

And you don't have to rush to the future.

Right now,

You just are.

You just exist.

And this is the only space that you can evolve from.

Only here,

In your house.

Take a deep breath in through your nose again.

Slowly breathe out.

Now for a few moments,

I'll leave you home with your body.

So just breathe and be there.

Don't focus your attention on any world outside of you.

You spend enough time there.

For these few moments,

Be present with your physical body.

Wherever your body is,

Be there.

Begin to allow your body to awaken.

As this meditation is coming to an end,

I just want to remind you to go home often.

Don't spend all your time in yesterday or tomorrow,

Or in other people's houses.

Home is comfortable.

Home is love.

Home is where Source resides.

And if you ever forget,

You can always ask yourself the question,

Where am I right now,

Physically?

I'll leave that with you.
