This meditation is a form of prayer. We all have those moments when we need a benevolent presence to help, guide and comfort us. We start by considering a difficult situation—a situation in which we need divine guidance. Then we center with the breathe. This meditation uses the power and comfort of your own voice, literally call out for help. And then embodying boundless compassion, using our own voices as a salve for our tender hearts and souls. This is mindful prayer, a practice to reduce suffering and connect with the divine. (With Music)
