This Sacred Pause meditation guides you through a 3-minute break. It's an opportunity to let your mind and body rest for just three minutes--taking a pause. This pause is a gift you give to yourself, allowing you to step out of the business of your day and reconnect with the breath and simply rest for a moment. Using the Sacred Pause as a daily practice will help you pause when things are emotionally intense. Taking that pause in the midst of a conflict or intense stress will help you make mindful decisions about how to proceed. Try setting random reminders in your phone, to take the pause a couple of times a day.
